The worse experience ever! The standard room advertised 22 sqm. But in fact, it is much smaller, I guess 10-12 sqm max, the window is narrowed, room was full of smoke smell when getting in. Also, if you are female. Do not stay in this hotel. Because if you are in your period and by accidently leave some dirt on the bed. They will charge you half price of the room rate. It sounds non-sense, but it happened in this hotel. I booked the first time but will never come back. There are many other hotels in this district which are much better.

Thank you so much for your kind support to Reyna Hotel and we are so sorry for any inconvenience caused to you As you know, when you booked the room, you did not take note that you would like a non-smoking room so it's difficult for us in this situation For Superior room size, I make sure with you that it is 22 sqm (not 10-12sqm as you told) When you stayed with us, you made dirty on our bed and then you took a face tower to clean instead of paper or informing with us. The face tower is not for cleaning dirty as you know. We have to discard that tower. And it will be charged as policy at all hotels We asked you for additional fee in this case but indeed you did not pay anything more. it seams that you found the not true reason to say about our hotel Your cooperation and sympathy are highly appreciated Best regards,
