I may have been spoiled when we stayed here two years ago but it’s no longer the same. The males at the front were not interested in our questions or even helping us. As an example after the first night there, our babies socks, knees, and hands were all black, I attempted to tell the male at the front, who brushed me off and wrote the room number on a post it. That night the room was still in the same condition and the baby was all dirty. We wrote a note for the cleaning crew and they washed the floors. The carpet in the room though was still filthy and must have been left there during renovations as the doors knobs and counters were full of white dust. On our 3rd morning we went to breakfast and were sat at a table. Before we could sit the waitress came over and yelled at me that I can’t just sit where I want and when I want and to get up and move. I told her the hostess sat us and she said to move until she’s ready. Then she yelled at the hostess the entire breakfast. The next morning they couldn’t handle the breakfast rush and shut down the omelette line, unless you were Spanish, and they kept making them. The next day breakfast was a mess, without plates or food. The pool crew and the outdoor bar crew however were still a great time and very friendly! Don’t forget Carlos at the front that is a blast, great person, and always willing to help!

Great modern rooms. Breakfast buffet is really good and included in our package daily. Some live music that’s soothing with smaller crowds. Great for a relaxing time, calm energy, for couples. As a young couple, we could’ve enjoyed a more interactive activity lineup in the resort.

The staff was very friendly. Jose front desk staff, Oscar food area, Miguel & Bryan bar area by pool and Gloria my cleaning lady. Food was good at pool area. Breakfast was basic but good. Pool kept cleaned at all times. The beach is not on property but shuttle is provided. About a 12 min walk. Although there was a singer by pool at night. It would of been nice to see more entertainment in the resort with guest and water aerobics. Check in/out was a breeze. Overrall great place and location.

A really nice place to stay in this paradise island. Very clean. Very friendly. And the food was delicious. I highly recommend it.

The staff was very nice n the food was excellent.

Arrived in Aruba day early needed a hotel for one night. Hotel room was nice, i did choose with view but was only view of parking lot. Shower water didn't get warm and wouldn't drain well. The pool are was very nice and had two bars. Nice daily appetizers or desserts and happy hour drinks was perfect. Free breakfast for 2 was good also.

Wonderful staff!! Food ok. Did not like service charge on everything especially after we paid a resort fee! Pool wonderful. Very clean resort. Beach area could be bigger.

The attention on the front desk was poor and no friendly, the reservation with Expedia for the hotel is not important guest.

Breakfast Service TERRIBLE And Not Friendly

This place was amazing! The staff was very helpful and super sweet! The hotel it self is very cute and different. Super clean! The food is really good.

I couldn't and they didn't tell me about new dates or refunds.

Do not stay here or eat/drink at the bar. They wait until you get back home to process a bunch of charges that you did not make. Complete scam and they commit fraud. Currently in the process of disputing my credit card and creating a police report. They charge me over $100 on my first day there for a bunch of drinks and food that I did not order. Do NOT stay here.

The staff, wait staff, housekeeping were awesome. The property was very clean, Great food, and entertainment every night. Best location to shopping, the beach, and restaurants.
