I would rate this property as perfect except for one thing that is beyond their control. The breakfast was awesome, the staff the service was quite literally perfect. The pool was great their nearby beach area great. The beach to be fair was small or at least the hotel area of it. But still good and so many beaches to pick anyway. Walkable to downtown with shopping and restaurants. Room very good and cleaning staff excellent. The only drawback they are next door to a mill with shops and a nightclub of some sort. So even though our room was on the other side of the property you would wake up 2 in the morning to this club music in the background. Not so loud as to ruin your sleep but annoying esp. for a light sleeper. So as long as you are not a light sleeper and get a room as far away from the Mill area as possible you should really enjoy your stay.

Easy access to restaurants, Bar and palm beach.

I would never go back to this property again! Iguanas all over the pool and outdoor eating area. Room smelled like sewage. Hard to understand staff. Drinks and food extremely expensive. We even got charged for sewer and water! We spent a lot of money too!!

Check out was at 12 at 10am I left my room and had a couple things left in my room so I can come back and change and leave to the airport when I got back around 10:30 after having breakfast the cleaning staff was in the room and had thrown all my toiletries out and told me I wasn’t allowed back in the room but I still had personal belongings in that room I went to the front desk and the lady was so ignorant she told me but you had taken your stuff out of the room so we assumed you checked out I told her just because my luggage was in my car I still had airport attire in the room and passports in the drawer and if I’m being charged till 12 o’clock they shouldn’t kick me out at 10am with out me physically checking out! After 10 mins of back and forth I was allowed to retrieve my belonging but once again my bag of toiletries was tossed out horrible customer service very bad experience, was also told that they would make it right and reach out to me the next day via email and still haven’t heard anything shame on them

Property is very nice it’s clean, safe, close to everything dining, shopping, and the beach. The staff is amazing and very friendly they make you feel right at home. Definitely will be back again soon.

Super friendly staff and very nice room and overall vibe. A bit out of the main hotel area. Access to the beach required a shuttle. Not a big deal, but would be nicer to be able to walk to the beach.

Hotel isn't the best for small kids, but for adults its perfect. Close to restaurants and other hotels.

Property was awesome. The room, pool and dining options were all excellent. We had a great stay there. A couple of adjacent properties could use major improvements!

We had a wonderful time, it is a low rise hotel, just behind the high rise area of Palm beach Quick golf cart over to the beach, where they supply chairs, towels and water for all hotel guestUse of the bathroom over at the beach Marriot.

They did an amazing job making us feel welcomed and valued. We had an amazing experience and would happily choose them again!

Smaller excellent resort … everything is right there in front of you… easy shuttle to beach and cab to downtown. Great food and great service by friendly staff

The staff is friendly, and available.There is always someone cleaning.

Rooms are clean. Staff is very friendly definitely coming back!

Staff was excellent

Great location and near shops and restaurants. Shuttle to bus was great but can definitely walk to it as well. Great happy hour times and the food was great quality, however, a bit of a limited menu to keep eating at the hotel.

We had a wonderful Stay at this property! The rooms were nice and the beds super comfy. Our room attendant - Gloria - was superb! The staff are amazing and the facilities are very nice. We took the shuttle to the beach several times, it took 5 minutes and was not inconvenient at all. The beach attendants took great care of us, offering us water, towels, shade and chairs. All in all a very good experience and we will for sure be back again next year. Thank you all for making our vacation such a wonderful experience!

We had an incredible experience staying here. The breakfast was awesome, the pool is so nice with a swim up bar, cabanas, Miguel the bartender is so fun, Glen at the front desk was very helpful. Walking distance to restaurants, beach, and night life. Highly recommend and already can’t wait to come back!!!

The rooms are beautiful & comfortable. The Staff is incredible; friendly,kind & attentive. They are full of suggestions of things to see and do.The food & beverages are fantastic. Located in a great spot; walkable to everywhere, for anything. The Property is gorgeous and the Staff incredible! Highly recommend!

Great spot to stay. Asked for a room with a view and did not get one. Pool was excellent. Beach access was excellent. Many great restaurants within walking distance.
