I like coming back to the hotel after the activities of the day to find a serene and welcoming atmosphere. The staff was great. We especially loved the caring attention we received from Violet at breakfast.

The staff was among the friendliest we have ever had, always making sure we were happy.

Jonathan was an exceptional host and took care of all my questions and needs. All the staff was exceptional!!!

Laura at front desk is a jewel! Property is lush, tropical but well manicured. The man at Happy Hour great personality and good drinks. Love our pool side room. The location just off the wall and down the street from Schooner wharf is very convenient. Bed and room is also very nice and breakfast just great!

Everyone was super friendly and answered all of our questions. Even the obvious ones with humor and care. The person at the breakfast bar was super great. She gave us the first bagels out of the bag from the bagel shop.They were so fresh ( i cant remember her name) Our room was very comfortable and always well kept! I will stay here again!

Three friends and I recently spent four heavenly days at Simonton Cottage in Key West! I honestly can't say enough about how wonderful it is. The environment is magical and the warm hospitality of the staff makes the experience over the top!!! All four of us agreed that we couldn't get back to Simonton Cottage soon enough. A very special experience!!!

This is an older property and it's nicely kept. We noticed a lot of employees working at all times. Most of the staff was friendly and helpful.

Gorgeous property in a prime location right off Duval. The grounds are so pretty and maintained beautifully. The orchids were in full bloom and were amazing. Room was comfortable, but bathroom could use some updating. Would definitely return!

Perfect place to stay its right where you can walk to everything and sleep comfortably or relax in the courtyard area surrounded by beautiful landscape and 4 pools.. It was very relaxing for my husband and I We hope to return soon

Construction noises above our room starting Sunday at 9 am, plus it sounded like furniture was being dragged around the floor above too. It was one hell of a wake up call.

The room is cute and charm. I like the atmosphere at the breakfast and walk way area. Staffs are friendly and thanks for serving the breakfast. It’s a great walkable location.
