Really helpful and friendly staff. No complaints

Well maintained hotel with friendly staff. Within walkable distance to Rodney Bay Marina. They have free shuttles between the 2 other properties where one of them has the beach. They can also drop in shopping/dining market that is awesome. Rooms are like normal hotel but very clean. They have a pool in the middle of the hotel with balcony to sit. There is a small bar as well near the pool. The breakfast is buffet style and is really well organized. Eventhough the restaurant is small the food for lunch/dinner is delicious.

This hotel was just as stated. For a 3 start hotel, I felt very safe. The area is quite and a 5 minute walk from the Marina where there are restaurants. The staff is very friendly and helpful, they are able to call taxi's for you if needed. Breakfast had a good variety of selections.

Breakfast menu limited. When run out of scrambled eggs, took them long time to replace it. Bar with limited drinks of lower quality. Clean rooms and swimming pool. With all the limitations and poor neighborhood, probably the best place to stay in the area.

Staff was extremely helpful. However, I had no bottled water in my room as promised. The rooms were very clean. Smart televisions would be great additions to the rooms. But overall a great experience.

Very nice and quiet place with friendly and helpful staff. I had all inclusive with full package of benefits. Great beach with bar and restaurant, excellent food and service. Love it!

Front desk service was not good. Yes I came in about 3:30pm the front desk person was busy chatting at the side with another coworker. My presence was never acknowledged until I had to shout “hello is anyone home” another staff walking by said “someone will be with you shortly”. I had to wait for room to be cleaned which was understandable, however getting to the room is smelled of insect repellent. I was in the shower there was a knock at the door seems the housekeeper forgot to put pillow cases on all pillows. I told her to please give me 5mins to get some clothes on. She said she would come back she never did. I called front desk and was told the staff already left. I slept with no pillow cases. The entire experience that night was not good. Seems there was a party or something in the adjacent building so it was noisy until about 2am so I did not fall asleep until morning so I missed breakfast. Same thing the Saturday night. I was very disappointed overall.
