Very nice and quiet place with friendly and helpful staff. I had all inclusive with full package of benefits. Great beach with bar and restaurant, excellent food and service. Love it!

Front desk service was not good. Yes I came in about 3:30pm the front desk person was busy chatting at the side with another coworker. My presence was never acknowledged until I had to shout “hello is anyone home” another staff walking by said “someone will be with you shortly”. I had to wait for room to be cleaned which was understandable, however getting to the room is smelled of insect repellent. I was in the shower there was a knock at the door seems the housekeeper forgot to put pillow cases on all pillows. I told her to please give me 5mins to get some clothes on. She said she would come back she never did. I called front desk and was told the staff already left. I slept with no pillow cases. The entire experience that night was not good. Seems there was a party or something in the adjacent building so it was noisy until about 2am so I did not fall asleep until morning so I missed breakfast. Same thing the Saturday night. I was very disappointed overall.

Onika at the front desk is my new bestie!! Professional, empathetic and customer service savvy. Give this young lady a raise!! Ive stayed here about 3/4 times. It's the same. Dated and average but clean and convenient. The main thing about this place is the breakfast/food is always excellent and the chef is very accommodating .

Overnight stay after staying at Sandals for a week. We liked the room overall. Bed was comfortable. We stayed on a saturday night and there is a music venue close by that was rather loud until about 1:30am. it really didnt keep us awake but just be aware. The onsite restaurant was on the expensive side, $50 usd per person for a buffet. Not to mention they have a bug zapper just above the food service area. Breakfast was good and included.

The receptionist was more focused on havin her dinner. She forgot to give us wrist bands and welcome drink tokens and pool tokens , also forgot to tell us the time for breakfast and the WiFi password. She then stated I had to ask for assistance with my bags to the room. The first room given the bathroom had a terrible smell. The second room had a leak . The third room the television didn’t work . The towels were dirty. The fourth room given the ac had an issue. I gave up by then.I will never be staying there again .

This was our second time staying at Bay Gardens Marina. We had such a great experience the first time that we decided to visit again, purposely driving to Rodney Bay for the night before heading to stay at our friends airbnb in Chatlotte for the remainder of the week. We booked through Expedia the first time, so we did the same this time around. Check in was, once again, smooth, and we paid the small remainder collected by the hotel. We were shown our room, got freshened up and changed, and went to Keebees (our local favourite) for dinner. We came back and visited the outdoor bar, paid for two "YooHoos", shout out to the bartender, who was great. For our second round we billed it to our room. The next morning we had our included breakfast, stopped to check-out, where we were told there was a "small amout" to pay, which I assumed was the two drinks. My husband paid the bill and we were off. Once home, I checked our credit card bill, and we were charged $ 167.91 upon check-out. Knowing there was no way 2 drinks totalled this I tried to reach the hotel, both before leaving the island and upon arriving home. I have received one response with a picture of a 2 buffet dinners and 2 pitons that were charged to our room. I have sent them a picture of our Keebees receipt from the night, with time, and offered to pay for our 2 drinks, and they have never responded to this, or a follow up. I suppose our next step is to see if Expedia can help, and report to our credit card.
