The property is new and beautiful, the staff friendly and helpful. but they have serious problems. There was no running water at all on 3 of 4 nights I stayed there and on 2 out of 4 afternoons. It was on and off the rest of the time. And not just my room but in restrooms by the restaurant etc. That may well be the lack of infrastructure on the very dry island that just doesn’t have enough water for everyone as opposed to the fault of the hotel itself but it is of course not what you expect at a 5 star hotel. It may not be a good idea to develop more tourism on the island. Other than that, my room wasn’t ready for check in before 5.30 which isn’t great. But they arranged a massage for me so it was fine.

Nice place but it should not be classified as a 5 star Hotel. Not Vegetarian friendly and only limited amount of restaurants. Staff are all very nice and friendly 😊

The staff are very Friendly and helpful, the resort is very nice and clean. There are many dinning restaurants in the resort. A big thanks to Veronica for her helpin the Level Club for her help and assistance

The property was beautiful but was very quiet. It's a space for relaxing. When I arrived, the water to shower was brown, the show tub was flooding, and when the repair man came he tracked dirt and water all over the floor and didn't clean it up. Also, no one came to clean the room and the front desk did not have towels. I had to wait for the next day to get clean towels. The property manager was also not accommodating. I switched hotels to move to the Riu Palace.

We had a lovely stay at Melia Llana. It is so clean. It's right on the the beach and not far from Santa Maria. The staff are so lovely, they really made it an absolute pleasure. Our first time to Sal and and it won't be our last.

Amazing hotel, very clean with friendly staff. We were in the levels room with an upstairs. Before we booked we phoned to see if there was a toilet upstairs and were told there was. However, there wasn’t! And the stairs were not good at night. Don’t think we were given enough information when we arrived.

Amazing staff..thank you for making my holiday special... I felt safe and supported all the time. Check out casa nostra dining... the best Italian food outside of Italy... the spa massage services was also amazing

The hotel was excellent and ‘The Level’ staff were incredible, so efficient, happy and helpful.

Everything about the resort was great, So worth the 24hrs it took to get there from the States !! Level was great, but not needed for a fantastic vacation

Great stay. I arrived early in the morning and it was nice that they have courtesy showers and changing rooms. There are so many pools and outside lounge areas that you could always get a beach lounge. I don't drink alcohol, but it was so nice that when you went to a bar for water, they gave you a liter size bottle. Also nice to not have to carry money. Food was very good and no matter your dietary preference you will be able to find many choices. I especially liked the ice cream bar. For a more special dining experience, I highly recommend making reservations at their restaurant Casa Nostra. Although not in Santa Maria proper, they have a shuttle there or it is just a 5 minute cab ride. I would definitely stay here again.

It's a brand new property. I was expecting something similar to 5* which I didn't receive. The staff is very kneen to fulfill your requests. The kitchen is definitly NOT 5*. I'm vegetarian. But even the pastry was not good, the bread was dry although there is an excellent bakery in Santa Maria.

Amazing. Spent my birthday week with friends and I had the best time. I recommend paying for the level! Extra perks are nice.

Amazing customer care and all inclusive is worth it

The resort has everything anyone would need for a fun, relaxing vacation. Only issue I had was that some of the desserts were a bit stale, otherwise the food was very good.
