Okay, good, clean, nice, steady.

The unit inside was a bit dirty and messy. The bathroom wasn't very clean either. The water heater didn't work. But it was okay, there was a balcony, and we got a low-floor area. Access to the pool was close, and we also got a pool view. Overall, it was okay.

I booked a room on the day and suddenly the room was changed to a different room from what I had ordered. The reason was that the rooms were fully booked and the room I had booked had already been booked by someone else before I arrived.

There are still lots of small cockroaches running around, the rest is okay.

Overall is not really good experience, the room seems very small and the cleanliness is absolutely terrible, the floor was sticky and dirty, the bed sheets like used, bathroom so dirty, the kitchen also dirty and there's some baby cockroaches around. But the location is close to the city centet and shopping mall, the swimming pool quite nice and huge. I hope they're concerns more about the cleanliness of the rooms. Thank you

Parking is said to be a maximum of 19 thousand per 24 hours, but it turns out to be more than 30 thousand. What a waste of parking!

Easy check in process, clean room, good Netflix, drinking water, refrigerator, kitchen, ready 👍🏻. The only downside is yesterday I got a room with a collapsed mattress (it looks like the divan is broken, because the mattress is still soft) 🙃.

Assistance when an order error occurs.

When we first arrived at the room, it turned out that the electricity was still off (not yet topped up), there were no towels and the soap was almost out (not refilled). But after contacting the rental company, an officer was immediately sent. Actually, the location is quite strategic, because it is connected to the mall. But the mall is very quiet and only a few stores are open.

The room is very dirty. The floor is sticky, lots of women's hair even in the refrigerator there is women's hair, the sofa is dirty never cleaned. Too bad you can't attach a video so you can't send a video of the room. Definitely the worst stay experience is here.

Great, the admin is fast, gallons of drinking water are available too, no need to bother buying large bottled water, guys. Reccom for stayctn.
