This place was clean, the staff were the greatest and the breakfast was awesome. I was amazed how attempted the staff was with keeping the area clean! I was comfortable my whole stay

Front desk was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and neat, very spacious. Nice clean kitchen and fridge well equipped to make your own meals. Also the breakfast was wonderful and fresh and filling. Service was wonderful, Mr Tim that works the breakfast area was awesome, very nice service and friendly face.

Amazing stay…the breakfast staff gentlemen were amazing with smiles and help in the morning, beds weee comfortable and the room was excellent! It did not disappoint in anyway!!! Although, it was homecoming ceremony for my cousin there was no added stress! I can’t wait to return for leisure time and experience the fire pit!

The service was excellent everybody was extremely nice and helpful. The hotel was very clean and new looking. Excellent experience all around!

All staff were extremely professional and friendly. The floors in the guest rooms could have been cleaner but it was well appointed… some throw rugs by sinks and tub would have made it better but the free breakfast was great, the facilities more than adequate and staff always willing to go above and beyond to provide items you forgot to bring and engaged with you throughout your stay. A++

The stay here is always enjoyable and relaxing. This has been our second time staying here and they always go above and beyond. The property is always clean and the customer service is OUTSTANDING from the front desk to the shuttle drivers. We have made this our office hotel whenever we are in Vero Beach.

We rented a 2 room suite with a king, 2 queens and I believe a pullout. The rooms were ok but not huge. One bedroom had a desk/chair. The living room/kitchen is suitable for 4. It had 2 barstools and a loveseat. The kitchen is well equipped but you would only do sandwiches and snacks cause of the seating and the size. We waited to get into our room til 5 and then given a noon checkout. At 11:00, we were told our keys would no longer work. If you are with friends or family and rent 2 of these rooms, just know they are at opposite ends of the long hall. besides rooms are too small to gather. I have never seen so much seating in any hotel before; it was great, except, it was freezing! Breakfast is very good, different most mornings plus the standard waffles, cereal, bagels & fruit. On Monday, Tues & Wed, they have happy hour with soda, wine and beer and 3 hot appetizers. What really made this hotel for us was all the personnel - they are wonderful, especially the kitchen staff. We had alot of fun with them and they were always anxious to please. Don't forget to tip them, they work hard. Outdoors also has alot of seating, two grills and 2 firepits. We didn't get to use the pool due to the weather. Bed & pillows are comfortable but the bed was high.

Staff were pretty friendly and accommodating. Rooms are spacious, the whole property is very nice. It would be perfect, except for the “heated” pool. I made sure by email the importance of the heated pool, this was the main reason I chose this hotel. It was freezing cold and when I asked the front desk about it they said they wouldn’t be allowed to rise up the temperature. The pillows are awful and I am in pain. There’s no one that keeps the shape. There’s a Powerade bottle under the nightstand that seems to be there for a while, I found a hair on a clean plate in the kitchenette, old water bottle in the fridge, furniture and lamps were dusty. AC is REALLY dirty, we were 3 people, all of us non allergic and still had our noses congested the whole night. Bathroom, beds, floors and kitchen were very clean. So, some attention to details could be improved for the price we paid. But in general, it’s the best staff we met in years.

Stay was great. Only complaint was that room wasn’t ready by 4. Checked in at 5 do not terrible. Great stay.
