I booked a 4-night stay here and was forced to check out immediately upon seeing the room and hotel facilities. As soon as I got out of the elevator and into my room, I was immediately greeted by a flood. The bathroom was dim and full of small spiders. The hairdryer was black and looked old, and there was no shower cap. The room was also damp, with the wooden bed frames damp and damaged, full of small stars and spiders. The bed wasn't clean, and the floor was bumpy. My room was 5805 (if I'm not mistaken). It's truly unfortunate that it's not well-maintained for a "4-star" hotel. These facilities are far from being considered a "4-star" hotel. I even asked the hotel to replace the bathroom lights because they were so dim and inadequate. But after seeing everything else, my husband and I decided not to stay and immediately moved to another hotel. The hotel didn't even offer a refund (because I booked through Traveloka and it said "refundable"); if the hotel had good intentions, they should have offered compensation, as this was my right as a customer. I also didn't want to change hotels at 11 PM and book another one. It would be a huge loss. This hotel is very disappointing, and I hope no other customer like me ever finds themselves in a similar situation. It's like a scam, far from what the reviews say.

The hotel's location is very strategic. It's also close to many popular restaurants. It's close and accessible everywhere you want to go. The rooms are quite clean, and the view of the rice fields from the balcony creates a beautiful and comfortable atmosphere. I highly recommend this hotel, especially those with balconies that offer rice field views. Good job!

The staff are polite. The security is also friendly. It's really worth the price of the hotel with complete amenities. The water is hot and there is a balcony. Even though there is a club next door, it's not noisy until the room, it's cool 👍 Recommended for a weekend staycation!! The pool is also clean. Breakfast is really good 👍

The hotel is nice, the bed is soft.

The room was clean and had no issues, and it was quite spacious for its size. Plus, the service was excellent. The staff took the initiative to give us a connecting room for two rooms, and even helped us convert one of the rooms into a twin bed. The downside was that the room was located at the back of the hotel, and the staff were always chatting, not to mention the guests playing music. It was incredibly noisy until dawn. Then, in the morning, the thump and thump of loading all day long. Perhaps the less convenient rooms could be better soundproofed and guests could be warned about a curfew to keep the noise down.
