The hotel's location is very strategic, because it is in District 1, close to Benh Tanh Market, Saigon Square, Saigon Center

The Wi-Fi connection was weak, making it difficult to use the internet. The TV didn’t have any regular channels, and there was no access to YouTube or Netflix. Quite disappointing.

Room is ok but bathroom smells a bit. Phone in room doesn't work even though I called support staff but the situation didn't improve.

The hotel is centrally located, reasonable price, every time I go to Saigon I choose this hotel, the facilities are ok but some rooms don't have hot water, please remember to check and report back.

This is a very good choice for your stay in Ho Chi Minh. Great value. Recommended.

Central location so convenient to move around. Surrounded by many delicious restaurants, not too far from the airport. Reasonable price compared to facilities and location. The security guards are very cute and enthusiastic. Quick check-in/check-out process, guests are allowed to leave their belongings at the hotel before/after check-in. Satisfied.

The facility is located on the central hotel street so it is convenient to travel, the room I booked for my family was spacious and comfortable, the security guard was very cute, enthusiastic and polite. The receptionist was a bit dirty, the room had ticks so it was very itchy, in the afternoon when my family checked in to rest, my skin was itchy and red, I went down to ask the receptionist to change the bed sheets but she said could I wait until tomorrow - meaning to stay overnight because the cleaning ladies were no longer here (in the afternoon). My family suggested to change the bed sheets ourselves but at night it was still itchy.

We had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. Despite checking in late, our room was not cleaned when we arrived. The receptionist was unhelpful and didn't even apologize for the inconvenience, which made the situation even more frustrating. Throughout our stay, the room's electrical system kept turning on and off, making it incredibly uncomfortable and unexpected. It was difficult to relax, and the lack of proper service made things worse. Overall, this stay was far from what we expected, and we won't be returning. I would not recommend this hotel unless they improve their cleanliness, service, and maintenance.

I left a new tube of feminine hygiene solution in the bathroom and contacted them a day later, but they said no. I was sure it was in the toilet and asked again, and they said the staff might have thrown it away during the cleaning process. The tube was quite big and new, so it couldn't have been thrown away by mistake. I also left a woolen bouquet on the table next to the TV, but I didn't bother asking because I already knew the answer. They had my contact, and if they really wanted to return it, they would have contacted me. Everything was fine except for the L&F service.
