Cozy, makes you feel at home. The view is great from the rooftop garden/cafe. The soap, shampoo, and handwash are premium 😄 (I'm usually not interested in using hotel products) this time I even bothered to find out what the products are?! I've been going back and forth to Jakarta for 10 years, and I think I'll be a regular visitor to this hotel this time. The room size is a bit small for the price, in the Setiabudi area. Walking distance is about 700 meters to the busway/MRT stop. The location is strategic. It's also recommended for those in transit, as transportation connectivity from the airport is easy.

Stayed here with its rooftop view, typical of the high-rise buildings on Jl. Jend. Sudirman. The hotel's location is easily accessible, close to public transportation (MRT, bus stops, LRT, and Sudirman Station). The bedroom wasn't too cramped, amenities were adequate, the bathroom was clean, and the soap and shampoo smelled good. The toilet had a bidet that sits directly on the seat, not a jetted one (fyi). Breakfast wasn't very varied. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

It's very close to Lotte Mall, and since I booked a room with a balcony, I had a view of the city and its large buildings. It was great!

The hotel atmosphere is comfortable and aesthetic, but the breakfast menu only has 3 variations, otherwise the hotel is okay.

The friendly staff are very helpful, I was confused about connecting Netflix on the TV, but the staff was very helpful and quickly found a solution, overall everything is good.

Unique decor and helpful staff

The bedroom was comfortable, the hotel had a nice atmosphere, especially on the rooftop, but the soundproofing wasn't good, and loud banging could be heard until late at night. Breakfast was always out of stock even though there weren't many guests, perhaps the portion wasn't large, and the refills took a long time, so we couldn't have breakfast. When we first checked in, we had to wait because the toilet was having problems, but hopefully it can be better. The concept and location are already good.

For breakfast, I recommend adding more variety and refilling on time. Other than that, it's really good. Thank you.

The staff is very friendly and accomodative. The room is so spacious and comfortable. There are some spots that are prone to ants, but that's not a big issue. Although limited, the food is good.
