The electricity token ran out and I had to wait 3 hours to refill it, there were no tissues available, and all the cooking utensils were dirty.

Very satisfied, even though at first there was a problem with the stove gas running out, it was immediately handled well. The room view is cool, facing the toll road. But the kitchen is minus a spatula, gallon of water, microwave and rice cooker, luckily you brought your own rice cooker. There are also cleaning tools so you can clean. Will stay here again sometime.

Service ok. Cleanliness is ok. The comfort is ok. Always repeat orders here because it's that comfortable, the kids are that happy.

The rooms are very clean, the service is fast response, the view is good because the room is in the corner. The only drawback is that there is no drinking water so buy it yourself and there is no magic com. If everything else is complete, an oven is also provided. Paying for parking is really expensive, it's not bad if you stay a while😁

Saya kecewa karena tidak sesuai dengan real nya saya di sini mau complaint jangan pernah bohongin costumer perjanjian, check in jam 2 check out jam 12 siang besoknya, malah nyampe di kasih waktu 3jam alasannya dari pihak aplikasi.

Super puas, pemandangan dapet full karena unit di pinggir jadi menghadap pool view nya, kamarnya juga rapih, bersih, pelayanannya juga cepat, check in cepat, alat-alat masak, piring, gelas, magic com lengkap, complain juga cepat ditanggapi. Sangat rekomen💯. Minusnya: kasur di kamar 2 agak keras, tidak ada dispenser hehe

Kamarnya lumayan bersih, perlengkapan dapurnya juga lengkap jadi kalo mau masak-masak ringan bisa. Cuma tidak ada magic com jadi kalo mau bawa dari rumah aja. Cuma lingkungan di koridor kamar kurang bersih. Staffnya juga sigap jika ada kendala selalu fast respon. Hanya saja untuk heater di kamar mandi kurang panas jadi untuk yang bawa baby kayak saya mesti rebus air lagi.

The unit apartment was different with the pictures on app. I think it was a different place.

It's nice, all the views get, not just 1 view but 3 views, complete toiletries, with 2 rooms, get wifi, overall the place is clean .. comfortable staying in this unit
