Thank you for the time Mba Deli to share a review during your stay at our villa.
Honestly, this is the first time we have received information about a problematic doorbell, today it was checked by our engineering team and it turned out to be a short circuit, if while still staying Mba Deli please inform us directly of course we will immediately follow up so as not to disturb Mba Deli's comfort, of course.
Considering that our villa is a private villa, we provide a sign (Privacy and Please Make Up Room) at all of our villa gates. Our room cleaning service is served every day because our team charges 24 hours, if guests don't put up a sign (please make up room or privacy) and don't inform the reception team, we don't dare to enter the villa carelessly.
On behalf of the Management and Staff of The Awandari Villas, we apologize profusely to Mba Deli for the inconvenience that occurred during Mba Deli's stay at our villa.
With information from Mba Deli, we are currently focusing on checking all villa bells so that they don't happen again, also making sure to all our guests for information on installing signs at the villa gates.
