Overall good. Minus the bathroom in the room smells musty because maybe it hasn't been used for a long time and the walls are damp. The bathroom is clean, the room is clean, the kitchen utensils and other dishes are complete, the refrigerator is also large.

Not clean enough, the chairs are dirty, the sink is clogged.

Pelayanan sangat sangat buruk, kurang responsif. Saya liat di review sebelumnya ada celana dalam tertinggal di villa, dan sampe saya yang sewa masih ada dong CD tersebut, ga dibersihin. Karyawannya mukanya masam dan tidak tanggap sama sekali. Kurang bersih dan tidak ada ventilasi kamarnya. AC ga ada padahal hawa panas, lokasi belum di batu yang udara termasuk dingin. Gasnya kosong juga, perlu nunggu lama baru diisi lagi. So far payahlah intinya.

Nice villa, modern building, clean and strategic place close to JTP 2 and BNS. The view is also good, you can directly face the Panderman mountains.

The main room is very humid like a cockroach smell, the shower handle is fragile, under the mattress is very dirty there are used bottles, complete facilities, gallons of water should be replaced with new ones, the sofa is a bit dirty, the villa guards are friendly and on standby when checking in.
