I booked a room for two adults and an 8-year-old child, including breakfast for three. Upon check-in, the female receptionist asked us to choose a menu for three and said it would be delivered to our room during sahur. However, at sahur, only food for two arrived. I complained to the male receptionist on duty and showed him the booking confirmation, which clearly stated breakfast for three. But he remained adamant that the hotel only provides breakfast for two people, and that any additional breakfast would be charged. He was completely unhelpful, didn't even try to double-check, and offered no solution. Very disappointing.
