The best and in line with the price offered

A go-to place when visiting Bandung. Besides its fairly affordable rates for a budget hotel, it's also easy to access. Check-in is quick, even if you arrive late at night or even early in the morning. The price is commensurate with the accommodations, with spacious and comfortable rooms and beautiful views. For dining, just head down to the 6th floor, where there's a 24-hour food court. Laundry services are also available on the 6th floor.

Stayed for 2 days, there was no cleaning service for the room, only 1 towel was provided, there was no drinking water, on the 2nd day the shower for bathing had no water.

The process is very fast, for the size of the hotel it is very large, comfortable, cold AC, running water, and also fast access to everywhere, cool!

The bathroom soap smelled bad and sour like it had expired, the bathroom drain was clogged, the wifi was slow and intermittent, and there was no drinking water in or outside the room.

There is a stain on the pillow. Should I change the sheet?

For a hotel under 700 thousand, it is quite recommended. It is quite close to the destination center, both Alun-alun and Braga Citywalk, about 400 m away. There is quite a lot of food around the accommodation for standard prices.

Close to everything and convenient. It's great for shopping right away.

The room size is too small even though the picture says 36 m in size in reality it is narrow. I asked for an extra bed, but it wasn't available/couldn't be because the room is narrow.

Honestly, the location is strategic, but getting in is really complicated. You go through the mall, take the elevator to the hotel lobby, and then take another elevator to your room. So, if you're tired of traveling, I don't recommend it because just going to the hotel lobby is a hassle. Ambiance/Facilities: Okay, but I was surprised that there was no water, etc., instead there was a dispenser. The room was comfy but bathroom is a no no

There's no electric kettle as pictured. Toothbrushes must be requested from the front desk. There's only one towel, but you can request one from the front desk. Clean room, clean toilet.

Parking is not free because we parked at the Bandung Trade Center. If we stay at a hotel the next day, we will have to park for more than 50 thousand... only 1 towel... no bellboy, we carried all the stuff ourselves. The view is good on the top floor... but the service and facilities are lacking too.
