Newly renovated, the room is very clean, the wardrobe is renovated, and the toilet is very nice and high-class. I will come back again. The daily and monthly rentals are very worth it. The staff is also very friendly and helpful.

The room was very comfortable and clean, with cool air conditioning and hot water in the bathroom. The location is excellent, in Penuin, close to Grand Batam Mall, BCS, and the A2 food court, which is open until midnight (walkable). There are many culinary options around the hotel, so next time I'm in Batam, I'll stay here again.

Pillows and blankets, smells of jigong/ngences, the bed still has people's hair like it hasn't been replaced when guests leave. The bathroom is not clean, there are cockroaches. Really disappointed.

We have good experience here with hot water for shower, clean room (no smoke) and near to grand batam. Also can late check out till 3pm. For improve, the spring bed can bounce back. Haha.

Pelayanan sangat buruk. Hotelnya mati lampu ga ada genset sama sekali, ga ada orang yang stanby di hotel, ga tau mau ngadu ke siapa, jadinya saya dan keluarga bawa barang dari lantai 4 ke bawah karena liftnya mati, saya sewa 2 kamar bawa anak-anak 4 orang dan orang tua. Jadinya kami turun tangga bawa barang hanya penerangan dari senter hp aja. Kapok banget nginep di sini.

I stayed there for almost 2 weeks and the service was very friendly, most importantly the room was clean and recently all because it was a new hotel, No regrets staying here was very recommended at all

Hotel is clean and niced. but wish to have a fridge for putting some cold beers inside the fridge!
