Sebenarnya mah kamar nya enak bersih, lokasinya juga strategis, dkt sama mana2, tapi banyak banget kekurangan nya. sabun mandi sama shampo kosong, tidak disediain sikat gigi dan odol, air panas juga tidak ada, tv lagi gangguan kata tetehnya mah. Air putih juga di kasihnya hiji wae.

Awalnya ragu karena reviewnya 7, pas dateng puas banget menginap disitu. kasur besar, tempat bersih, sprei handuk wangi. markotop deh.

The bathroom was dirty and toiletries were not provided properly. unethical staff. I checked-in at 8pm and came to the lobby with my future husband.We already explained that only my future husband would stay at the hotel and we already understood the rules that were proposed when we both came to the lobby. (Not allowed to be an unmarried couple stay at the hostel) After check-in I helped my prospective husband enter the items into the room with the room door open and I had permission to go to the lobby first to take my future husband to the room which is only about 3 mins. But the staff in the lobby then called other staff and when I got to the lobby I was handed back the same hostel rules as if to kick me out. The conditions were raining heavily, we were already exhausted due to all day activities but the staff was very rude. Then we asked for soap and shampoo, they gave refill soap and shampoo sachets. Please if you are not ready to run the business then don 'the very bad service. very not recommended.

The staff is lacking, there is no drinking water in the room. no toothbrush, sheets not replaced, no cleanliness. Dirty AC. TV has no signal. Slow WiFi. no ob officer.

The TV was broken and there was no soap and others, even though the price is quite a lot.

Nice to stay and clean.but need more space for parking lot

Not bad for the budget price, smooth WiFi, cold air conditioner. Pretty decent bathroom.

Ruma hostel is good accommodation in Bandung , rooms clean , staff friendly and strategi location 👍.

the Hostel is really nice, they have a clean and tidy room. the staff is super friendly, will help you with any kind of things. Great ambience and a nice weather. the price is also affordable. and its look like they build another space for dormitory, ah can't wait. for sure I will coming back. recommended.
