Very disappointing. The access road is a bit uphill and the road is not good. The room is actually quite spacious, but the cleanliness is very inadequate for those traveling with children. There are many insects (crickets, termites) and ants in the room. The mattress also seems to have not been cleaned, making it a bit itchy to sleep at night. The fan needs to be cleaned. The bathroom is terrible. Dirty water, dirty bathtub, shower with very little water output, toilet that won't flush, no soap or shampoo, and the bathroom door won't lock. The location is quite far from restaurants, so it's best to bring instant food to cook yourself in the room. Fortunately, the water dispenser still has hot and cold water, and the stove can still be used for cooking. The swimming pool and children's playground are also very dirty, so there are no facilities to enjoy. For the price of 700 thousand rupiah per night, this is very overpriced and disappointing.

one of the highly recommended villas for families (especially for the Lotus Room), the environment is very supportive for a vacation, the view of Mount Salak and Pangrango is very beautiful to see from this villa. The room is very comfortable, the toilet is clean, the parking lot is spacious, there is a children's playground that makes this villa a child-friendly villa.

overall this villa has a nice spot with a wonderful mountain view especially in the magnolia section, there are many statues and really cool plants in various spots. be careful for those who bring vehicles because the incline is high. the weather is cool and quiet.

As early as 6AM, you could hear other guests playing loud music, and another was doing karaoke. Hot water pressure was very low, and when we checked in, there were swarm of ants on the floor. Day 2, we returned past midnight and the gate was closed so we had to scream for the staff to open the gate. Please notify as to when the gate will be closed, so guests are aware of it. No towel and toothbrush provided, so you have to bring it on your own. Other than that, the view was beautiful and room was quite spacious. But with all the experience we encountered, just too overpriced.

Known this place for many years before, always come here once a year. This is a great place to stay for healing your mental and physical after such hard work. The view and ambiance of this place is always great. Nothing has changed since the first time I stayed here.

Villa Teratai is very homey, because we came on a weekday so it was quiet and private. The journey to the location is quite uphill but still safe. The view is beautiful. Complete facilities, for food ingredients can be purchased below later borrow the guard's motorbike. Next time stop by again.
