Pros: strategic location, clean. Cons: Water dispenser can't be used.

The unit is good, but it's a shame it doesn't have a mirror to look at.

It's really bad, the price is already expensive, the sofa is itchy. Then in the room the pillows need to be replaced, smells like they haven't been washed 🤣 the bathroom has bad hot water you can't boss 😁😄🤣😂 lots of small small animals, sorry for my child's bumps on bumps 🤣 sleeping uncomfortable. The TV isn't loud, it's really small, I won't be coming here anymore, please fix the villa so you won't be disappointed.

Bersih, nyaman fentilasi oke. Aman murah lengkap sama mukena. Hanya saja wifii saat itu katanya lagi down. Eh satu lagi kurang kacanya, mau makeup bingung. View-nya bagus. Bangunan masih bagus pokoknya puas. Nanti kapan-kapan bsa ksni lagi sama keluarga.

There is no fan at all, the bathroom is dirty, the walls are dull and a lot of yellow, a little dirty. Looks good on the outside, but the inside looks like it hasn't been cared for. Very disappointing.

Sangat menyenangkan menginap di sini, lokasi dekat Jatimpark 3. Penjaganya sigap dan ramah, pos satpam ada 2, jadinya rasa aman lebih terjaga. Sofanya nyaman lengkap dengan bantal dan selimut tebal, TV dan WIFI berfungsi dengan baik. Dapurnya bersih dan lengkap banget. Piring, gelas, sendok, garpu dan alat masaknya lengkap. Kompor, kulkas dan dispensernya juga berfungsi dengan lancar. Air galonnya juga tersedia. Kamar tidurnya nyaman, rak dan lemarinya juga bagus. Ada minus di kamar timur, ada sedikit noda air dan berjamur, sedikit sih. Ada sajadah untuk sholat. Kamar mandi bersih, water heater berfungsi dengan baik. Yang mau sewa di sini sebaiknya membawa sabun, shampo dan sikat gigi sendiri, karena tidak disediakan. Overall sangat memuaskan, tidak ragu untuk nginap di sini lagi.

Strategic location, close to the front / rear entrance gate and there is also a balcony at the back, besides that hot water also works. The part / place I like is that there is a mini bar complete with a fridge and a dispenser. However, there are some drawbacks that the bottom line is the lack of maintenance of the unit such as damp rooms and moldy mattresses and some furniture such as tables that are very damp and dirty and it would be better to provide a fan because it is hot at night. thank you

The entrance to the housing is rather deep, but like the interior design. The room is 2 with a large size and there is a sofa bed. Only the TV doesn't work and there's no rice cooker, just need additional facilities. Especially if you want grooming there is no glass, hot water and dispenser okay. The weather is cool but in the room the kudu open the window to be cold. The rest is cool, the location fits the letter. Overall satisfied maybe in the future can add more amenities. Thanks.
