Hotel⭐️4, cozy, clean, comfortable. Definitely a no-regret stay here....makes you lazy to check out... The staff is helpful and super friendly too. The breakfast is delicious and quite varied,,, oh yeah for room service at the restaurant I ordered oxtail soup, good job chef,, the taste is already good, just a little suggestion for the oxtail, miss, it's a bit less tender, maybe the seasoning can be added a little to make it richer and the meat more tender,,, also the broth so the taste is stronger. Every time I stay at any hotel, I definitely try the oxtail soup. Overall, a very good stay👍..... definitely recommended place to stay. Thanks✨️

It’s good location, nice swimming pool. It’s semi indoor. I was hoping to be able to take away my breakfast but the staff told me only allowed to eat in resto area. In other hotel it’s allowed to have take away breakfast that they wrap it by the kitchen.

The hotel is strategically located, the staff are friendly, and the cleanliness is maintained. I'd definitely come back here if I ever visit Batam.

even though the pool is small, but it's suitable for kids... the room is nice and clean, you get 5 soft pillows. There are a lot of BF, the taste is just ordinary.
