Extremely bad experience. Booked a room but when we arrived, the receptionist said there was no room, only a higher class room, if we wanted to stay, we could stay. After accepting the higher class room, the room was cleaned roughly and we were taken in. The room was Deluxe but the entrance was still wrong, not like the picture. So when we got to the room, there was no water, the air conditioner control was broken and couldn't be used. We didn't have water until 1-2 am to take a shower, but when we called, no one came to check the room and kept saying there would be water in 15 minutes. 10 times, 15 minutes to take a shower. Extremely bad.

The room is a bit small, the soundproofing is not good, but overall satisfied

Pretty bad experience at that price point. The male staff in the night shift is still polite and enthusiastic, but the female singer that morning should change her attitude towards customers
