The room is beautiful, spacious, clean, the water heater is hot enough, the AC is cold.

It was comfortable, and the staff was very helpful. Since check-in time coincided with my event, my luggage was kept safe and secure. I was also notified via WhatsApp at check-in time, and when I arrived, the AC and lights were already on. Thank you so much.

Very comfortable place. Will come back again.

It's really great at the port, but unfortunately there's not enough parking space.

The hotel is nice, the location is also good, about 15 minutes to Malioboro, the food is also delicious.

The location is in front of UNY. It's right on Colombo Street, so it's close to everywhere. The interior design is really cool. The room divider is unique and functional. The room feels really spacious. The mattress is soft. The sheets are clean. We stayed here for 2 days, cleaned every day. The bathroom is okay, spacious, and clean. The refrigerator wasn't cold enough (but it was okay). The soap smells good, but it doesn't have a good rug. The food is okay, but the traditional cakes could still be improved, especially the banana ones (I don't know what they're called). The staff are all friendly. Parking is very limited, but the security is helpful for valet. The children's whirlpool, sauna, and swimming pool facilities are great. Keep going, Porta. I'm happy to stay here.

- : parking space is limited if you want tp park your car at the hotel, even they free valet to park behind the hotel. + : new modern look hotel with nice decoration at the alley and room, but the towel seems not white anymore. please renew the towel.

Hopefully in the future there will be a gym area.

Friendly service, I'll stay at Porta again if I ever come back to Jogja. However, the pool is limited for kids. Other than that, I highly recommend it.

Stayed here because I found out from Kak David depepedia, so I had intended to try it for a long time. And I really like it, the hotel is nice, the food is delicious, entering the hotel also smells good so it's comfortable.
