te A truly eye-pleasing place to stay. The natural scenery around the foot of Mount Salak is breathtaking. We will tell our friends about the beauty of our stay. Thank you for making our room so beautiful. Very satisfied.

The staff is very friendly. There is no view at all. It is covered by trees. Food refills take a long time to be ready. So breakfast is just rice. All the side dishes are gone. Walking from the room to the pool and restaurant requires effort because it is not kid-friendly or parent-friendly. The stairs are very high. But it is worth it with all the friendly staff.

Dirty, full of ants, bad location, dull place...

Overall quite good and comfortable. Morning activities such as Aviary Park and ATV are also fun for children. Reception service is fast and easy. Needs improvement for the condition of bedsheets that are stained and shabby, cleanliness in the room, condition of tents and bathroom curtains that are starting to get moldy and rarely cleaned, food tastes that are not comparable to the price.

The breakfast is okay, but the room needs maintenance.

The hotel staff is friendly. Many choices of activities in the hotel: aviary, swimming, archery, ATV. The breakfast food is the best of all. The natural atmosphere is cool and fresh. Recommended to come back here again.

The place is beautiful and nice for healing with family.

The staff are all friendly, full of smiles. The room is quite clean, the toilet floor has moss. There is no toothbrush and toothpaste. What is less comfortable is the noise of the neighbors next door is very noisy. It was almost 12 at night before it stopped. Moreover, the sound insulation is not good. The restaurant is good, made fried rice that is not spicy. Only for the eggs, pepper is immediately added when frying.

Overall, everything is comfortable, just a suggestion is that each room should provide additional electrical outlets in the room.

Staying at Lodge B, only separated by 1 sheet of tent tarpaulin with the neighboring room, noisy sounds and conversations in the next room are very clearly audible. For room facilities such as linen and bed sets, it is appropriate to replace them because many are holed and stained. The bathroom is separated between the shower area and the toilet, for the toilet area, the zipper on the toilet door is broken so it can't close tightly. No amenities are available, information from the staff on this matter is very limited, when asked if it is still available, they cannot give a clear answer. Only answer "very limited". The staff is poorly trained, when asked about the location of the river and flower garden as advertised, they answer "don't know because they rarely go to the lower area" if the staff don't know, let alone the guests. The staff is also less sensitive when loading goods, the distance between parking and loading goods is quite far, there are actually several male staff on standby at the door to the lobby, but just keep quiet when they see guests carrying a lot of luggage where 1 person can carry 2-3 bags and carry-ons (intentionally not bringing suitcases, because the location of the room is uphill, guests bring backpacks and carry-ons, so that it is easy to carry by themselves) but there is no initiative from the staff to offer assistance, especially to female guests. Hopefully in the future it can be better because the enthusiasm of guests via social media is very large.

For adult staycations, it is quite recommended, but for small children/toddlers, especially, it is not recommended because the steep and slippery access is dangerous for toddlers. The hotel staff is not responsive to customers and cleanliness is not maintained. The terrace of the room I stayed in was dirty and dusty.

more attention to amenities and room completeness, no slippers, and hot water for shower only turns on for a short time, glasses, coffee, sugar and tea are not available. for the first experience it is quite comfortable. Thank you..

The place is clean, the service is really good

The location is far from the noise of the city, it's great for those who want to find peace and fresh air but it's a shame if there's an event the sound is noisy and disturbing. I've reported it to the receptionist but there's no change at all. The sound from the speakers and music continues from the morning. I think there needs to be an adjustment to the speaker level so as not to disturb other guests because other guests also deserve peace. That's the reason I chose this place. So for those looking for peace I don't recommend this place.
