A fun staycation for the family, amazing and satisfied with everything

Decent glamping style lodge. Our room has 3 queen size beds which are great at a price of Rp1mill. The bathroom is indoor but the doors are just some kind of plastic cloth with zipper. Breakfast was okay, there are live cooking stall for eggs and fried rice/noodles. Pool was clean and enough for the capacity of the people that are staying, not too crowded. The AC is cold enough at night but during the day like after 10 it gets hot in the tent. Our suggestion is some of the stepping are really slippery since they are made of stone, maybe decking footing or other material would be better. Also there are only 2 power outlets in the room one for water kettle and one next to the washtafel.

Booking a glamping tent with a capacity of 6 people, forgot what the tent is called, but tent 19 & 20, during the day it's hot inside the tent, the tent is stuffy even with AC, it's only cold at night, the bathroom/toilet door zipper is torn so it's obvious when we shower or pee, if you share a room with other people it's awkward, people talking in the next tent are very audible, other things are good, hot water shower is available, lots of activities can be done on the side, the environment is clean, lush trees, not suitable for the elderly, the road is up and down, the wifi is very slow, breakfast lacks variety, the taste is so-so, on Saturday afternoons & Sunday mornings there are exercises in front of the swimming pool, there are animal attractions too: snakes & birds, quite fun for families

The place was so good but unfortunately the cleanliness of their bed, is not that great but still just okay..

The place is really nice, but the AC in the room is leaking and not cold. The room smells, just a suggestion, put some air freshener. And the mattress has lots of brown spots, even though the price is quite good, I didn't expect the facilities to be that dirty. Check-in took too long at 3 o'clock.

Negatives: - Poorly maintained environment. - The shower head in the toilet is very small, not enough for cleaning. - The breakfast menu at the restaurant is less than appealing. Positives: - Access to the location is good. - The swimming pool is quite clean with an attractive view. - The food tastes quite good. - The aviary is quite interesting. - The service is good. Suggestions: - Improve cleanliness/maintenance. - Maintain room facilities.

My experience staying here was quite unique, but the location and destination were quite interesting. There are a lot of things that need to be double-checked, like the bathroom and the room where the ants were present. Perhaps the concept of being at one with nature makes it natural to have ants. A toilet freshener in the bathroom might be more comfortable. One thing that was uncomfortable was the sound from room to room, which made it a bit uncomfortable if you were looking for some peace and quiet.

The hotel staff is friendly, the food is quite good, varied, the swimming pool is nice, the atmosphere is cool.

The service was really good, the cleanliness was also good, but the AC in the room wasn't cold so we were all hot.

My first staycation here. The road to the hotel was smooth, close to downtown Bogor, the place was comfortable, cool, shady, the hotel staff was friendly, the swimming pool was clean and cool. Very impressive.

The staff is very friendly. There is no view at all. It is covered by trees. Food refills take a long time to be ready. So breakfast is just rice. All the side dishes are gone. Walking from the room to the pool and restaurant requires effort because it is not kid-friendly or parent-friendly. The stairs are very high. But it is worth it with all the friendly staff.

Dirty, full of ants, bad location, dull place...

Overall quite good and comfortable. Morning activities such as Aviary Park and ATV are also fun for children. Reception service is fast and easy. Needs improvement for the condition of bedsheets that are stained and shabby, cleanliness in the room, condition of tents and bathroom curtains that are starting to get moldy and rarely cleaned, food tastes that are not comparable to the price.

The breakfast is okay, but the room needs maintenance.

The hotel staff is friendly. Many choices of activities in the hotel: aviary, swimming, archery, ATV. The breakfast food is the best of all. The natural atmosphere is cool and fresh. Recommended to come back here again.

The place is beautiful and nice for healing with family.
