the room is not soundproof so people passing in the corridor can be heard inside

The cakes tasted so-so in my opinion. The tiramisu didn't have any tiramisu flavor at all, rather bland. The red velvet sponge cake was moist, but unfortunately the cream cheese didn't have any flavor at all. I also ordered burnt cheesecake, but unfortunately I didn't take a photo. It was okay, but it still lacked "cheesecake". The Soto Bengkulu was delicious, the Palm Burger was delicious, and the oxtail fried rice was a bit lacking in flavor. The milkshake was also a bit lacking in flavor. The room and facilities were comfortable, but if I may have a few suggestions, it would be better if the sheets were a bit worn out and reused, so it just felt a bit unclean. So far, it's been quite a pleasant stay at Mercure Bengkulu. Thank you, hopefully it will be even better in the future 🥰🥰

The staff is friendly, the hotel is clean, the food is delicious, there is quite a lot of variety, and access is also easy.

There is only 1 hotel slipper, no toiletries, the bathroom smells and the water leaks into the room.

The AC was not cold enough, the shower gel was out of stock and not checked before the guest checked in. I had called the receptionist and housekeeping did not come.
