I always come here for a staycation. The hotel is comfortable, the pool is kid-friendly, there's a play area downstairs, and if you want to eat, just head to the cafe. The breakfast is varied and delicious.

Comfortable lobby, friendly service from all staff. Large and clean rooms. Cold AC, comfortable bed, and a great bathroom. The hotel is located in the city center. Mercure never fails. When you're tired from work, you can get maximum rest at Mercure. Thank you, Mercure Bengkulu

For business purposes, just a short stay, this hotel is more than adequate. However, I noticed that the pool water looked cloudy. Management should address this. Thank you.

The cakes tasted so-so in my opinion. The tiramisu didn't have any tiramisu flavor at all, rather bland. The red velvet sponge cake was moist, but unfortunately the cream cheese didn't have any flavor at all. I also ordered burnt cheesecake, but unfortunately I didn't take a photo. It was okay, but it still lacked "cheesecake". The Soto Bengkulu was delicious, the Palm Burger was delicious, and the oxtail fried rice was a bit lacking in flavor. The milkshake was also a bit lacking in flavor. The room and facilities were comfortable, but if I may have a few suggestions, it would be better if the sheets were a bit worn out and reused, so it just felt a bit unclean. So far, it's been quite a pleasant stay at Mercure Bengkulu. Thank you, hopefully it will be even better in the future 🥰🥰
