In the morning the AC water leaked, but it stopped when it got later. Putting pizza on the table suddenly there were ants, there were 1/2 mosquitoes, the bathroom lights were a bit dim. Other than that everything was safe. Thank you

just entered the hotel, it smells really good and cool. the staff is incredibly friendly and fast response. every time I come home and want to enter the hotel, everyone greets me cheerfully. there are also many cats in front of the hotel.
maybe what needs to be fixed is the shower space which is level with the toilet floor. so when the shower is on, the water goes everywhere. at least the space for bathing or showering is lower than the bathroom floor

I definitely won't be coming back here after a centipede came out of the drainfloor while I was taking a shower.
I talked to the receptionist to see if there was anything they could do, but there was no refund or room change option.

There is a deposit for IDR 50k. It's quite good. From the services and the price, it's worth it. But it was quite disappointing when I requested an omelette, then the staff gave me an telur dadar. Please keep the food warm and tasty, although the variety of food is not much.

The room is okay..but there is no window..it's a bit small even though the air is cold..just the 2 beds are made into 1 so it's not comfortable for me and my wife..then the bed sheets are not clean, there is still hair left from the previous guest..the bathroom water is okay, I like it..then the stairs up, sorry the floor is a bit dirty if the elevator is clean..the service is ok, friendly and smiling, I like it, that's all, the only thing I ask for is the cleanliness of the bed, boss, please pay attention..before other guests check in.
