The rooms are clean and the staff are friendly. I always stay here when I want to see my husband because I'm in a long-distance relationship, and this is my fifth stay here. Next time I want to see my husband again, I'll book a hotel here. The food is the best, grilled fish from Medan. Just walk near the hotel and you'll find it.

Friendly hotel staff, this is my husband and I's favorite hotel to meet after long distance relationship because my husband works in JB. The staff are all friendly, especially the female staff who are like best friends. Good service is available for all drinks and ironing. For self-check-in and check-out access only, if you don't know, they can help you. So far I'm always satisfied, everywhere is close because it's in the middle of the harbor, great 🫰🏻. Next I will return to this hotel, this time the 5th hotel I've stayed near here.

Kindly staff and very easy to have a food

There are no room towels, even after asking for one, they only gave me one, the TV remote was also missing with the excuse that the room was full / bad service, very disappointing...

The room is not really soundproof; It is quite noisy because of the sounds from other rooms. I could even hear the neighbor snoring. I felt itchy, as if there were bed bugs on the bed. Additionally, the hotel charged an extra 10 RYR as a foreigner fee.

The bed very dusty. My body itches badly.

Waiting for 3 hours to check in even though it has been booked and paid for 2 hotel rooms very bad service.

Clean hotel friendly staff next to eon mall. Get on and off the bus next to the hotel, just wait for bus number T21 to go to Situlang Laut and JB Central.

Clean toilet. Nver a dissapointment.
