There is no refrigerator in my room, there is only one iron & in a sad shape. Breakfast was OK. The walkway is abit dusty and towels are smelly.

Overall everything is good. The plus point is, it is close to many restaurants, very easy to find food at night, also close to Alfamart and Indomaret. If you are looking for souvenirs, the hotel has them at a cheap price.

In the superior room disappointed, the door even though it was locked from the inside could still be opened by people and even if you go out and pull out the card, it has no effect, the door can still be opened. Even though it was thought to be safe, it was locked from the inside, suddenly people could open it from the outside. Very disturbing to privacy.

Our standard room doors should be able to be locked properly to protect the privacy of hotel guests. This could possibly happen because the battery on the hotel door is weak and it's time to replace the battery. If there is a problem like that, you can actually report it directly to the front office so we can fix it immediately. We are sorry you have to experience these technical difficulties.
