The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful with any information needed. The security was also friendly. The hotel made me feel comfortable and pleasant. An affordable and very satisfying hotel.

I've stayed here several times, and over the years, it's gotten bigger and has more rooms, as well as parking areas in the front and back. The prayer room is also clean and comfortable. Another plus is that there's now a laundry right across from Kimura Kosstay ❤️

Very comfortable. But just a suggestion for the hotel: perhaps they could add more towel racks and hangers in the rooms. So far so good, worth it.

A city center hotel that is suitable for a staycation, child-friendly, clean, good service, highly recommended.

I originally got a room on the second floor, in the corner, without a window. I went to the front desk to upgrade to a room with a window, but thankfully, I was given a room of the same type on the third floor. Thank you, Kimura, my child feels much more comfortable.
