The room was very dirty, the TV had no lights, it was dark.

The room was not cleaned. Smelly bathroom. Very dirty.

The room is nice, the waiter is friendly, towels should be provided.

The rooms are spacious and high, not stuffy. There is a bar fridge, liquid soap, no toothpaste and toothbrushes. There are on floors 3 and 4, tired because the floors are high, not clean outside. At 5 in the afternoon the receptionist went home and was careful that the contract with Oyo was about to be closed.

The price is wort it, the place is comfortable, the only drawback is that it has to be diligently cleaned for customers who may stay there for a week. They are too lazy to clean the room.

Lots of drawbacks: 1. No towels. 2. No bath soap, toothbrush and toothpaste. 3. No trash can. 4. AC is not cold. 5. Rooms and bathrooms are not clean. 6. The room smells. 7. Itchy sheets and blankets. 8. There is no one on standby at the reception. 9. The room is on the 3rd floor, there is no elevator using a small and narrow manual staircase. 10. No bottled water in the room

There is a price for facilities, in our opinion at a low price but what is given is quite surprising. Continue.

The room is comfortable, just tired of climbing the stairs to the 3rd floor.

Penginapannya berada di lantai 3 jadi kalau sudah berumur perlu fikir2 kalau menginap di sini ntar ngos-ngosan kalau tiba dilantai 3 karena menggunakan tangga.

The rooms are not clean, towels and trash cans are not available. The air conditioner didn't work at all and the staff was ignorant.

The service is okay, only the toilet is not functioning properly, only 1 towel, toiletries are not there, there are no tissues, there is no drinking water, the AC is not functioning properly.
