Apartement is far from restaurant. The lift is bad, you must wait long just for go down and up. Need a long time to get Grabcar. You need pay additonal charge for cleaning service even you don't ask any additional cleaning. Service. Service cleaning pay 60rmb and it is write in the policy additional information! Who will ready this tiny texts and so many agreements in it. So if you want to stay here please add 60 ringgit to your final price. I never read this kind of agreement of any apartemen we rent. Cleaning seevice fee is on guest side? I'm only stay one night and this like disaster. No water drink complimentary at all.

The toilet smells of urine, the living area has ants, the pillow case is crumple like I can't change it. The second bathroom water heater doesn't function.

Service not equivalent with price, need waiting also cabinet has bad smells.

As part of their policy, we are charged Rm50 cleaning fee on the day of checking-in. However, the whole unit was not cleaned up properly and had to deal with a rude cleaner lady who came subsequently and did a sloppy job. Terrible experience for a trip I was looking forward to.
