The hotel staff asked for additional costs beyond the price listed at the hotel, so I paid double.

I was given a hotel on the top floor, especially since I was pregnant and had to gasp for air. Everything else was okay for that price, but I was charged another 50 thousand, maybe because there were kids.

Kecewa banget udah mesan dua kamar lewat aplikasi eh tau nya pas mau check in kata resepsionis kamarnya habis nggak ada kelanjutan uang ku nggak kembali kecewa banget.

Di aplikasi harganya 80k dan ga ada pilihan kamar lain. Pas sampai di lokasi eh zonk banget, malah di kasih kamar sepetak kaya kamar penjara, mana pake kipas lagi panas banget, kata resepsionisnya ada kesalahan dari aplikasi, aneh banget pake nyalahin aplikasi, kalo emang dari pihak hotelnya yang ngasih harga segitu kenapa harus nipu, ga lagi-lagi kesini, maaf ga sempet foto, tapi bener-bener sepetak dan resepsionisnya ga ramah, kepo urusan orang, tolong dong proporsional untuk ke depannya. Makasih.

Comfortable, clean, but one air conditioner is not cold enough, the others are great, the best value at 80k.

The hotel is comfortable but the air conditioner is not cold enough in the bathroom, there is only a toilet and shower so there is no sink or water faucet.

Udah 2 kali nginap, pas yang kedua kalinya ac nya gak dingin, remot tv nya habis baterai.

Kamarnya nyaman tapi ada faktor lain yg jadi nya buat tidak nyaman bau udara di dlm kamar nya tidak enak banget apalagi kalau baru masuk mungkin faktor dari kamar mandinya yg tidak di tutup pintunya kamar mandinya okelh lumayan bersih tapi bnyak cacing kecil-kecil warna item dan itu ada teruss mungkin aku anakny sensitif ya jadi yg awalny nyaman jadi buat tidak nyaman semoga kedepan ny bisa lebih baik lagi sesuai bugjet juga sihh, kalau waktu pertama kemaren iya puas banget tpi untuk yg kedua ny ini ya lumayan lahh

Sangat menyenangkan dan memuaskan fasilitas lengkap, tv oke, air oke,bersih nyaman pokoknya deh, udah 2 kali menginap di sini dan selalu memuaskan.

Dengan budget 125rb sudah dapat kamar ber ac, posisi tengah kota dekat UNIB, dekat Simpang Lima Ratu Samban, recommended untuk backpacker dan yang mau kamar cukup nyaman.

Bersih, akses mudah, pelayanan baik.
