The hotel staff was very prompt and friendly. Ample parking, comfortable rooms, and complete amenities. Access to everywhere was easy and convenient. The rooms were very comfortable. The price was affordable. Highly recommended. Next time I'm in Singkawang, I'll definitely stay here again.

At check-in, the receptionist wasn't paying attention. I had already lined up and waited, but someone who arrived after me was served first. Overall, the room was comfortable for a family with two children. Unfortunately, the TV couldn't be watched, as there was no signal. The location is close to Singkawang Grand Mall, just a short walk away.

I chose a hotel just because it was too late. I really just wanted to sleep and take a shower, the room smelled of smoke, and the curtains weren't clean 🤦
