The Wi-Fi password wasn't provided. Previously, you could deduct the deposit for water, but now you can't. The room used to be very clean, but now, oh my, every corner is still dirty.

My first experience staying at this hotel with a family room type. The room was clean, the bed and spray were clean, the toilet was clean, hot water was available, and the water heater was also ready. However, the soundproofing of the room was very lacking. I happened to be staying there when there was a wedding in the next building, so I got a room close to the fo. So the sound from outside was very clearly heard inside. And it was a bit disturbing because many other guests were knocking on my room door.

A very bad first time staying here. 1. The room was unlocked when we just got back from sightseeing. Even though I had the key card, it's unclear who opened it. My belongings weren't missing, but comfort was definitely gone. 2. The room was uncomfortable, with lots of mosquitoes. 3. When I tried to check in, the receptionist wasn't there. Hopefully, the quality will improve in the future. First and last stay at Paragon.

Strategic location, 2 minutes walk to Singkawang Grand Mall. Standard room according to price rate.

The service is quite good and the cleanliness is good. But for the toilet, the face wash area needs to be checked so that it doesn't leak. Thank you Traveloka.

The hotel is strategically located near Grand Mall Singkawang, the hotel is ok, unfortunately the bathroom/toilet is dirty (leaking plumbing), the TV remote is broken, supervision of room cleanliness needs attention.

Too much

The toilet is very smelly, because the exhaust is very small so the toilet smells extraordinary. Not worth the price that should be able to get a good hotel. The owner does not train the employees to be friendly.

The hotel looks nice outside but the rooms are not clean.

Poorly maintained, bed sheets have lots of yellow spots, bathroom is not very clean

The location for anywhere is very strategic. However, there are some things that are lacking, such as the sink in the bathroom emits a smell when the water goes down so it is very disturbing. The bed also makes you itchy. Maybe you can pay more attention to cleanliness.

We came to Singkawang a day late due to flood, and our initial hotel cannot rescheduled so we had to book another one. Other hotels are fully booked on this date so this was our only option in Traveloka. To our nightmare we had to check out 5 mins after we came in the rooms. We booked 4 rooms in total, all 4 have a disgusting smell, molds growing on the walls (which is dangerous for health), all toilets are dirty and awful smell as well. Water pressure was bad. The bedsheets have stains on them. We instantly went out and searched for homestay instead. Overall, a really bad hotel if you’re going with friends and family. Please improve on the hotel’s hygiene in the future.

The shower is not powerful, the hot water doesn't work, the room is quite clean, the hotel staff is friendly, the wifi signal is not strong!

WILL NEVER STAY AGAIN AT THIS HOTEL, 1. The lights went out for quite a long time +- 45 minutes so we left the room, even though we were resting, the reason the generator ran out of diesel when they arrived, even though the diesel took a long time for the generator to turn on; 2. Dirty room, dirty toilet, 3. In the morning while taking a shower suddenly the water ran out, it turned out that the water tanker had just arrived and was filling up so the water that came out was dirty;
