Our stay at the Radisson was really nice. The property itself the lobby is very nice. Staff were very pleasant. Our view from room was great as we had a junior suite with ocean view. The room itself the beds were very comfortable. Only complaint is the rug under the bed had stains making it look dirty. Overall it was a great pick for our family with teens. Easy access to the beach and nice pool.

I travelled with my 10yo and 9yo kids. Pool was good and beach access is a must. Restaurant is slow and very overpriced. Rooms are quite dark. Staff was all very friendly. Quite far from the nearest shopping district, Lincoln Road Mall, about 3kms. We walked it a few times, took maybe 40 mins. Ubers are about $15-$20 to the mall. Hotel should be a 3 star. Don’t expect much but it’s a good value.

The staff upon check-in was rude. The bathroom was gross and the carpet by the bed filthy.

The service is shockingly slow. The 2 elevators have a very long wait time. If you request additional items like linen, towels etc, you lucky if you get attended to. It’s a great location though! Also housekeeping cleans every 3 days which is not ideal and even when they clean. It’s sub standard. We were very dissatisfied

The is hotel is nice. The staff is friendly. I feel they keep it very clean. The building itself is a little old, but the room rooms are nicely updated.

Great value for price

First thing they advertise a hot tub no hot tub Second housekeeping only came 1 day out of 4 we asked for towels on two different occasions never got them Third the breakfast restaurant service was horrible asked for some water the waitress never came back we waited so long that I just got up and asked the host if I can pay the bill (they automatically add gratuity)

It was ok. Probably won’t stay there again. Tiki bar only had 1 person working waiting forever to get drinks and food. Breakfast was terrible for $100. Wouldn’t let me sub toast for 1 pancake and was going to charge me a whole meal for pancakes. Toast was cold. Oatmeal was apple cinnamon oatmeal and it didn’t state that on menu. Breakfast was a 0. Room was ok. Bathroom very small. And ran out of toilet paper and had to keep getting wash cloths. Gift shop was never open the whole time we were there. Big inconvenience. Had to walk to a CVS.

We had a suite, while not an ocean view, it was still a fabulous room. I knew upon booking it wasn’t ocean front, and it just kept us at the beautiful beach and pool longer! There are some negative reviews and I’d like to address one related to the gripe about staff not speaking English. Miami is a very international city, the languages spoken most are Spanish, Portuguese, and French. It’s what makes Miami so special. The suite lacked additional blankets and pillows but were quickly provided upon our request. The bar has wonderful specialty drinks and the decor, butterfly garden, and beach access was great!

Mid-beach was quiet, little away from the craziness on South beach. Great place for families.

Receptionist was almost bothered that we have arrived, the remote in the room didn’t work and they have never addressed the issue until we have checked out.

We could not check in until 4:00. We arrived in the morning after a cruise and hoped to at least be able to get into our room by noon. We finally got our room shortly after 4 pm.

Second time stayed, good location, beautiful beach…very convenient to go around…

Old but rehabbed. Great location and a good choice for last minute travel.

Front desk staff were not very friendly. Staff at the pool were very friendly.

Two issues: - super load outside airconditioning plant that blast air into the unit's windows. Makes constant loud noise that makes it hard to sleep or relax. Really annoying? Asked to be moved, but management was unable to find around room. Also, really expensive for what you get - paid almost $2K for 3 days with not much included - just 2 chair at the beach (no breakfast, no parking).
