good view good place worth meal quite environment

The place is very relaxing. Perfect getaway that is not far from the city.

Location & facilities very good. It’s not as crowded as Puncak Bogor, can stay a relaxing holiday. Able to have a BBQ on the balcony, but it would have been nice if there was mini kitchen and tableware available.

Beautiful place with fresh air, suitable for a vacation near Jakarta only 1 hour. Facilities are still lacking reception and restaurant until 8 pm. A little overpriced with the facilities obtained without AC or mini kitchen. Cleanliness is still lacking.

If there are stuffs left behind, no one will contact you. Unless you remember and know. No one care. Bad attitude, no respon, very unrecommend place.

The place is nice, spacious, clean rooms. Our room was even upgraded from a family room with a capacity of 4 people to a capacity of 6 people. The breakfast menu was ordinary, but delicious, and we could ask for fried eggs for our children. One thing that was lacking, our room was close to the campfire, and it happened that there was quite a large group, playing loud music at night, which was very disturbing. The silence of the night was suddenly broken. As a family, it was difficult for us to rest, until finally at 20.30, I protested to the villa manager via WhatsApp, they responded but the music was still on, very loud until 22.00. At 22.00 I protested again until finally the villa reprimanded the guest for turning on the loud music. Finally we can rest. What I regret is that the villa is not strict about implementing a curfew. The purpose of guests staying overnight is to rest, not to join in dangdancing with other guests.

The place is nice, clean, the service is also really ok, the staff and manager are really nice, the food is also delicious and most importantly the view of Mount Salak and the city of Bogor is really good, fun for a family vacation or something else.

Semua staff ramah. Semua tempat sangat instagramable, cocok untuk anak muda yang hobi foto. Kekurangannya ada 2 hal, tidak ada swimming pool & AC dalam kamar (untuk rate kamar 999ribu via aplikasi, agak terlalu mahal). Aktivitas yang bisa dilakukan adalah fotografi eksplor area sekitar penginapan. Smart TV agak membingungkan cara pakainya, mohon diberi kertas/kartu kecil untuk cara mirroring dan sebagainya. Kami mungkin akan kembali membawa anak kami yang suka fotografi. Dan wajib bawa makanan kecil, minuman ringan sebanyak mungkin, karena agak jauh dari supermarket. Makanan di resto cukup enak. Masukan untuk makanan (kami order sop buntut & soto betawi), daging sapinya perlu dimasak lebih empuk supaya child friendly. Thanks kru Villa Genteng.

The villa is nice and beautiful, it's just that there is no air conditioning in the room, even though the Bogor area is not cold enough

Suitable for a short vacation with the cool clay family.

The staffs are so helpful and polite. They allow me to get early check in. The room is spacious, clean, smells nice. The place itself is situated out of the city, so everything is green, quiet and serene. Hot water is available. The only downside is the dinner (soto). It looks fancy for sure but the rice noodle is uncooked so I barely eat my dinner and no restaurant nearby

Great accommodation with magnificient view. Food is excellent, could not wait for the restaurant and cafe to be opened for public besides hotel guests. Access is very good with less traffic jam, especially if we exit the toll road in Cigombong. It is the best alternative for Puncak which is already crowded and over-capacity. The weather is cool, thus there is no problem with the AC unavailabality. However, during a bright day, the room temperature could be hot enough. All in all, kudos to the hotel facility and brilliant staffs.

Cukup menyenangkan menginap di sini, udara sejuk, pelayanan staff oke, makanan juga enak. Kamar bersih. Semoga fasilitas playground & jogging track bisa cepat selesai yaa. Biar lebih lengkap lagi.

5 star accommodation with personal touch..

Villa nya bersih, suasana private, pemandangan bagus, pelayanan crew baik, harga sangat bersahabat. Jadi untuk yang ingin istirahat sama keluarga cocok sekali di sini. Jauh dari keramaian kota. Untuk restonya juga enak good food. Untuk kegiatan juga di sini ada suaka elang untuk hicking track juga oke. Thanks Villa Genteng.
