Great reception team, very helpful….hotel looks nicer in person than in the pictures. Beware of parking costs not explained by hotel and as there was a big Ironman event they ran out of bath towels (only hand towels available)

Excellent location in the beautiful city of Klagenfurt. The room was large, the staff were great. The bonus of the rooftop bar was amazing.

We had come to Klagenfurt for a parkrun and had no idea what to expect. The hotel was currently changing brands so we dropped bags off as one chain but checked in as a different hotel chain. Although there was some teething issues with the brand change, the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a pleasant stay. Plus kept it personalised but professional. Hotel was perfect location and value for money this was a great option. Totally recommend to anyone visiting klagenfurt. The roof top bar was also worth popping up to watch sunset. Thank you to all the staff

Lovely place, comfortable and modern room, really clean. Staff was lovely and helpful. The breakfast was excellent, with real vegan options. Highly recommended!

The entire facility has been updated and remodeled. The staff were extremely pleasant and the location is great for old town Klagenfurt sites and shopping. The breakfast buffet offering was robust and the fact that it was offered on the fifth floor with large windows overlooking Klagenfurt made it all the more enjoyable. Finally, being able to enjoy a sunset on the rooftop terrace was a great way to end the day.

The hotel is the perfect central location for the city and everything is within walking distance. Wonderful front desk staff who managed to answer all my questions! I loved the rooms and the view from the room and the amazingly soft bed. Nice glass shower with good pressure too. The breakfast buffet area has an amazing view -- it is so cool to see all the snow capped Alps around you. The buffet was very good, with super alpine ham too!

Lovely hotel, top floor breakfast room, and bar in the evening, with views of the mountains and new square. Roof terrace for summer . Restaurants nearby (Osterwitzgasse). Discounted parking in NewSquare car park. €20ish

A beautiful hotel near the heart of the old city. Excellent breakfast buffet.

Clean, quiet, comfortable. Check your coffee maker before using. The water was dirty.

There were 3 disadvantages: 1) The A/C did not lower the room temperature below approx 23 degrees Celsius. 2) There was no mini-refrigerator in the room. 3) There was no machine in the hotel to dispense ice. Otherwise, everything was very good.

Great location and wonderful breakfast.

The most comfortable bed we have slept on in Europe. And there were many very comfortable pillows. We are half way through our Europe adventure and I surrounded myself with pillows and slept soundly. The bed is one whole king bed with no split down the middle. We like the whole mattress. The shower had great water pressure and the bathroom was clean. There is a breakfast buffet you can add. We needed to leave early and paid for the breakfast. It had scrambled and hard boiled eggs, sausages of different kinds, warm pasta dish, pancakes. I had an amazing ripe, in-season nectarine. Plenty of cold cuts, cheese, fruit salad, cucumber, over night oats, yogurt, fresh breads and rolls, jams, honey. They have a Kaffee machine with all the options. I had a decaf coffee made special for me, no problem. Great view of the sky line in the restaurant. I highly recommend the breakfast. The one downside was that parking was either expensive or inconvenient.

The property is very central about 2-3 minute walking distance to Lindwurm 🐉. Keep in mind about parking as after 1800 until 0800 it is free. As for the hotel it was nice but when you step in it feels very commercial and not like a hotel with much personal touch to it. The receptionist during my stay were for the most part seeming like they hated their job and most often were unfriendly maybe they were overwhelmed or something I don’t know but for fair price I was paying to stay for few days it wasn’t a nice welcome. As far as rest of hotel the room I had was spacious and clean no fridge but that’s okay was very spacious and had AC which during my stay in summer was needed. Hotel is pet friendly. There is very good breakfast daily for 16 euros and I enjoyed it. The feature I found most impressive was the sky top bar/lounge however we will just leave it at that as the views and seating were great however drinks seemed to have been a last minute thought. On a nice note the staff were the friendliest at the bar maybe their manager is nicer to them? I don’t know. However, drinks were very lackluster for the price and quality maybe in time they can adjust their menu and supplies. Overall the hotel was okay. It was convenient yes but definitely not worth a second trip unless they’re able to fix some things but again it’s just an opinion so take it with a grain of salt.
