Room was clean. Property was always kept clean. Check in process smooth. Most of the staff were friendly. Some staff at the restaurant during breakfast buffet were rude and only seem to cater to certain racial ethnicities. Were not asked for coffee nor refills even though some people were offered. Buffet selection was not the greatest and they kept the same menu everyday

Central location near down town kelowna. Only minor complaint is, the beds were softer than I perfer. Nice and safe underground parking, helpful staff, good breakfast options.

The Hyatt Place Kelowna is a nice family hotel. Great location, very clean, large and convenient rooms, super friend stuff.

Great property! The staff were amazing! Everything was clean and well maintained. We were a little concerned that the rooms may be a little noisy but we barely heard the traffic at all. The beds were very comfortable and we had a great nights sleep. We will definitely stay there next time we go to Kelowna!

Pets were welcomed

Being a regular visitor, 3-4 times a year the hotel feels like our home away from home. The staff is friendly, efficient and helpful. Special cudos to Hector who works the breakfast area.

I would recommend that you should try it. The only thing that we experience that it was very noise at night with road traffic. Beside that we loved it.

Great hotel. We had a double queen room, lots of space, a lounge area, really nice. The pool area is great and the location is also great!

Website said free parking and free breakfast buffet upon checkin. However there was a charge for both. I do appreciate they ultimately waived the parking fee afterwards.
