We stayed for 6 days and loved it. Room was standard Ibis small, but functional with desk and closet to put away luggage and hang/store clothes. Bathroom also a comfortable size with hot shower. Daily cleaning also nice. Staff was very friendly and food at the restaurant tasty and of good quality, but many walkable cafes and restaurants nearby. Highly recommend!

IBIS is well located in a quite area of Trujillo and well connected to reach the main attractions of the City

It’s a great place

Second time I stayed there

The hotel was fairly new. The room and the common areas were very clean and the style was updated. The breakfast buffet was great and the fruit was fresh. There was also different kind of bread, eggs, ham, pancakes, etc. There were several restaurants nearby.

Clean, friendly staff, nice area, lots off shopping and dining options. There is a super market around the block (Wong). Very decent breakfast. The room was very small but sufficient. I would definitely go back!!

I stayed for 5 days here. Booked 2 rooms and unfortunately one of them was closed to the avenue and the noise was anoying. Rooms does not have a Good ventilación system. These are the only 2 bad thing this hotel has. The service was excelent, and they change me to another room as soon as I told them about that noise. The hotel is pretty and really clean. Breakfast was fine, i would add vegetables to the buffet. In general, is a place where you’ll have a really Good service and in a Good location. I recomend it.

Brand new hotel! Everything looks great. Clean rooms, small but remember they are Ibis so they are meant to be small, efficient and cost effective. The breakfast was good as well, but if you feel like you want to venture out to other restaurants you will notice that you will be surrounded by tons of good places to eat. So big plus for location. Check in was easy since I had pre booked it online. The only (small inconvenient) was that they kept putting in the wrong passport information at check in. So next day they asked me again for the same info on the way to a meeting so that took like 10 mins off the time I had planned on getting to the meeting place. If you have a foreign passport make sure you show them your entry stamp on your passport and confirm with them they had checked online with the government site to make sure you are “legally” in the country. Also if you need a late checkout they won’t do it as a courtesy even if the hotel is more than 80% empty. You will have to pay 50% of your nightly rate for a late checkout. Besides those two small details, the staff are very friendly, and the hotel comfortable, clean and well located.
