Incredible staff, perfect bathrooms. Wonderful location.

Staff was amazing! Professional and welcoming. Hotel is centrally located. Couldn’t have asked for a better location. Rooms are spacious, modern and comfortable. Restaurant is a nice touch. The hotel provides beach towel, umbrella and beach bag, which was unexpected and very much appreciated!

LOVED the design and attention to design of this hotel! The high ceilings, the light fixtures, the tiles in the bathroom... I could go on. Minimal sleek and very evidently high quality! Also lived that there was a pintxos restaurant + a more sophisticated restaurant (Narru) as part of the hotel. I also live the gym. And sauna. Some critiques are that the showers need some bleach attention, and gym equipment needs more frequent cleaning. But I'm being quite picky! Please keep up with the good work!

Beautiful hotel with lots of unexpected extras; Dyson hairdryer, complimentary mini-bar, Japanese toilet, ebikes…. and all in a fantastic location.

Hotel was great, but there was a construction site next to it, that was noisy during the day.

Excellent hotel in the centre of the city. Staff multilingual and very helpful. Location perfect for seeing much of the city.We stayed in a duplex room on the 5th floor and liked the additional space for a very competitive room rate. Highly recommended hotel.

Truly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Arbaso! Will return for sure!

The hotel is in an ideal location and the room was very spacious. The ceilings are very high and there was a large desktop for working. The shower was amazing. One of the best I have seen. Only tiny complaint is the room was a bit drafty, but it was unusually cold the week we were there. Overall and wonderful stay and great value.
