It was amazing,the staff helpful and understanding

Staff was excellent and very nice, the rooms are small, but that is common in Japan, and the bed is very stiff not my preference but maybe people like that. I would definitely recommend a stay here. The location is excellent. You are right next to the train station. Three minutes walking you can connect from here to Kyoto in under an hour. Which is what we did we stayed here to save money on hotel and just took the train over only cost about three US dollars per person and you go one hour to Kyoto and spend the day there as well.

Nice rooms and good location

I liked how easy check-in and check-out were and the staff was very friendly. The only downside was they didn't have any non-smoking rooms available upon booking and unfortunately, we had to stay here because it was convenient for training. Other than that they don't offer breakfast but 7-11 is right next door, along with it being a good location near the mall and other food places.

The hotel itself was fairly average, but the location really made up for it. It was conveniently situated next to a 7-Eleven, which was great for grabbing essentials. I also appreciated that public transport, including the train station, was just a short walk away. The area was pleasantly quiet, which made for a relaxing stay, and there was a shopping centre within walking distance—very handy for dining and browsing. Overall, while the hotel could improve a bit, the location was excellent.

Pros: Really close to the station, has the monorail and Keihan line Relatively cheap They helped with shipping my luggage to the next hotel, massive bonus points 7-11 is right downstairs Laundry room was fairly empty so a great place to do it “Cons” (I put it in quotes since they aren’t too bad but worth mentioning if you want to make an informed decision) Takes like 3 train transfers to get downtown Bathroom is kinda small Not too much around. There is a mall close-ish by but that’s about it, but if you’re spending a lot of time downtown anyway this doesn’t matter
