This was an outstanding all-inclusive resort. The suite was impressive, with an ocean view and a walk-in closet. Despite its cost, the Excellence section was undeniably worth every penny, offering great value for money. Although most restaurants' food choices were identical, they were well done. Service was also excellent. I loved the size and layout of the resort, and it was close to the ocean. I would go to this resort again with my wife, knowing it's a worthwhile investment.

This is by far absolutely the worst vacation, worst hotel and resort and worst all-inclusive stay we have ever experienced. It is mind boggling where the ratings for this property come from and why they are so high. They seem to be directly fabricated by hotel staff handing out "prizes" in the form of small liquor bottles in directly asking for 5 star reviews. This is the rudest, most non-engaged and difficult to deal with staff we have ever come across.

Great resort with plenty to do. Very friendly staff. Shout out to Andy who helped me out with my special dietary requirements. Definitely recommend this resort - entertainment for all ages.

It was overall a good experience. The resort makes you feel comfortable as a family with children/infants. The challenges faced were the finer details; no where to hang dry wet pool items, lack of consistency in rules to request or skip housekeeping/turn down service and food quality. We had kept the do not disturb notification on for our room but returned from dinner to find housekeeping inside our room. They also let us return without confirming that we were in fact the inhabitants. The food was typical resort fare so don’t expect luxury dining. There were also a few leaks and puddles in the hallways and we saw a couple that slipped and fell.

Great resort. Just not at the price they charge for it. They are trying to portray as a luxury resort. However, the bedding, furniture and food quality is just not up to par to other luxury resorts. Though there are various options for food, the food quality itself is average. Their best restaurant is surf and turf. The bed sheets and mattress quality are far from a quality experience. The hotel is a new built so amenities are quite modern and pleasant. The Beach is gorgeous and there are enough Beach chairs for everyone. The greatest thing about this resort is the staff. They are so great and helpful especially Elena. She Made my toddler calm with her soothing voice. Overall I'd visit again, but not at a luxury price point.
