To park is very inconvenient. It would be better if you secured a dedicated parking space for the hotel.

Nice upscale hotel 5-10 minutes walk from the edge of the old city. Friendly and helpful staff with good English. Modern. Comfy bed and good sized room for Europe. Also included work desk and coffee and tea facilities. Modern bathroom with nice big rain shower. Didn't have the breakfast, so can't comment on it

Good stay overall. The tram does go right by the property under the window. The pillow selection was limited to one which I found a little bit too big/high. Otherwise clean and good spot for a one night stay.

The Hotel is modern and very top i my opinion. Close to city center. And very comfortable beds.

Antonio was amazing to communicate with, our first time in Croatia and she made it seamless with check in. Felt safe in surroundings even at night when we went out for late dinner. Clean room, toiletries are not very good (shampoo, conditioner, body wash). Walking distance to everything in Zagreb.

We booked this hotel mainly because we could have a two bedroom suite which suited our needs, but it exceeded our expectations. Very clean, huge suite, good air conditioning, very friendly and helpful staff. No restaurant or even proper breakfast room but we had a good breakfast served to our room. Very central for Zagreb with museums, restaurants etc and a tram stop just outside. We would choose this hotel again without hesitation if we were in Zagreb again.

Location is close by popular tourist areas and offers a wealth of dining and shopping options. We were visiting from California and had a stopover in Istanbul. Arrived at the hotel around 10am, and our room was not ready. It would have been nice if they’d offered to call us when it was though. Only very large hand towels—no wash cloths—in bathroom. Difficult to manage.This is a universal area for hotel improvement: provide better toilet tissue.
