Not service it all

The staff was extremely friendly and very welcoming. The bartender even turned off Futbol for me to watch the NHl playoffs. The room was very clean and large. The bed was also super comfortable, best bed of the entire trip. Will be back again.

Worst part of stay was the dirt road getting to property. Typical in Valle. But once there facility was a surprise, a gem

Service, food, wine, amenities, ambiences were great! We’re happy with our stay. All the staff especially the waiters at the Almatierra Restaurant. We would come back for sure.

Everything about Ojo Azul was perfect. The room was a comfortable retreat to alone time, and the proximity to Alma Tierra was perfect. Perfect setting for a get away - with special thanks to Xochitl for guiding us toward the most delicious meals and wines.

My wife and I go down to Valle for anniversary every year and this is by far the best place we’ve stayed at. The pool was great as well as the pool side service. Xochil took care of all our needs.

Everything was awesome

Wonderful place to stay when visiting Valle. The restaurant is amazing, it’s great having a pool and jacuzzi, the resort is very quaint and peaceful, spa and gym, and it’s very central to Valle.

Ojo Azul Resort was an excellent experience. The property is clean, open, and very peaceful—perfect for relaxing and disconnecting. The spa was a highlight, with a very friendly staff and great service. The room and bathroom were spotless and well maintained. Overall, a quiet, comfortable stay that I would definitely recommend.

Really great place! Would return no doubt. Service as excellent. Food was also super good. Recommend the chilaquiles for breakfast and the ceviche as an appetizer with dinner.

Everything about this place was amazing. They had everything you can possibly need. Wine, food, pool, jacuzzi, spa, gym and amazing photo ops. The food was beyond expectations. Chef Alex really has that special touch. Room was clean, and the bed was one of the most comfortable beds I have slept on. TV doesn’t get live TV but you can log in to your streaming services so that wasn’t a big deal plus we only needed it as background noise as we fell asleep. Rooms have a/c and heating. We will definitely stay there again during the peak season to experience that.
