The staff are very helpful and friendly Cozy atmosphere with lake district theme

In this place you will fell at home: you arrive in the evening and nobody made,the room. They claim I had recieved written information that housecleaning was inly ever two days. I didn't. Worse: they were extremely rude about it. And the Expedia page does list daily housecleaning aa an amenity. Also, breakfast is poor, coffee is instant cffee, or paid nexpresso, but also bad.

Clean. Has a really nice outside area. And very safe. But really there only person that had a good attitude was a young male. Everyone else was very bland.

Clean rooms, good location

Had a fantastic stay at this bed and breakfast in Viña del Mar, Chile. It's super clean and comfy. Big shoutout to Jose for the excellent customer service. Yummy breakfast and very convenient for the price. The location is great, and you can't beat the price. They're very responsive, no matter the time. Highly recommended!

El personal muy atento desde que llegamos , la habitación confortable , no le doy 5 estrellas porque lo único que no me gustó de mi habitación fue el baño es demasiado pequeño pero fuera de todo lo demás muy bien gracias

O lugar é muito original, com muita madeira reaproveitada, pessoal muito simpático e muita vegetação. Não é um 5 estrelas, mas atende às necessidades

A Janela do andar de cima caiu no pára-brisa do carro e não deram nenhum suporte, foram mal educados e praticamente nos expulsaram do hotel.

Rustika é tipo uma pousada, muito agradavel, e o pessoal muito atencioso, eu e minha família adoramos, aĺém de bem.localizada.

Jamais eut une chambre aussi petite de ma vie de routard. Pourtant, il y avait tout. Toilette, douche... une chambre camping car.

Las personas que trabajan ahí son un amor, dan un servicio asombroso, recomendaciones sobre lo mejor que visitar de la zona, los cuidados que hay que tener, siempre atentos a lo que uno necesite, las instalaciones son preciosas, seguras y se come muy bien, sin duda alguna el mejor lugar para hospedarse.
