Was fantastic staff couldn’t be more attentive, it’s a shame that Hotels.com doesn’t pay the bills on time, sometimes the ladies who own their hotel don’t get paid for two months

The property was great, very clean rooms and the its just situated in a quiet area. The staff was very helpful, i got there late but they even me to order food online which was great.

This is a gem of a property. Large rooms, wonderful meals, you can have dinner there as well. Boa, the owner was terrific and made all our excursions reservations for us which was fantastic. 2 swimming pools and a relaxing garden like setting

Spacious rooms, beautiful gardens, and lovely pools. Dinner and breakfasts were very good. And owner/manager, Buo, could not have done more for us. She arranged tours for us, and even up graded us to a better suite when we wanted to stay longer! We booked for one night, but enjoyed it so much that we stayed for three! Exceptional value for money.!

The staff were extremely friendly and eager to help in any way. Please book your activities relating to Chobe National Park through them as we were VERY happy with our full day trip.

Goed gelegen vlakbij de grens met Zimbabwe en 12 km van Chobe NP. Ruime kamer met afzonderlijke zithoek. IJskast. Goede douche. Goede WiFi. Afgesloten parking. 2 zwembaden. Ontbijt en diner waren goed. Restaurant was de eerste avond gesloten. TV kregen we niet in gang. We boekten via het hotel een excursie naar de Victoria falls en een game drive en bootcruise in Chobe NP en dat was allemaal goed georganiseerd tegen een goede prijs.

Sunbirds Chobe Hotel was like a tropical surprise when we arrived. A beautiful garden with two swimmingpools. The room was huge and so was the very clean modern bathroom. We could also sit very comfortable on the balcony overviewing the wild fauna. We stayed three nights and every morning we had a good breakfast, prepared by a chef. When we had some problems (no hotel issues) the staff and management were very helpful to solve these problems. When we come back to Kasane, we will definite stay in this beautiful Sunbirds Hotel!
