Good staff and room

Great place to stay especially for visitors to the Palace Museum.

Staff at check in were very helpful. Good amenities including complementary transportation from Chiayi HSR station

Very clean and the bed was so comfortable. Breakfast was good with lots of selections. The drain in shower was clogged. The towels in the room could be newer.

very nice hotel. But layout is no friendly for business travelers. no working desk. seats in the room were not comfortable. Treats were great.

A nice hotel across the Palace Museum. Highly recommended.

I went with my elderly parents and get a farthest room from elevators . I paid the more with the museum view room but not really getting. We had dinner with my cousin down stairs cafeteria,(because we didn’t make reservations for the 2nd floor restaurant)we waited for dinner more than 40 minutes with flies and mosquitoes . All the service staffs are very nice. But the experience is not quality good

Overall a very nice place

Not too far away from the THSR station. For those who want to visit the national Palace Museum Chiayi branch this will be a nice option to stay.

Very clean and nice hotel . Just 5 mins taxi ride away from high speed rail station . My kid likes the small playroom .

Nice & clean hotel with friendly staffs & services. The hotel offers complimentary shuttle bus between the hotel & HSR Chiayi station. It is located next to the Southern branch of National Palace Museum. Easy walk to the museum. Looks like a new developed area so not many stores & restaurants nearby.

Solid four star property. Modern and clean. Staff is helpful and friendly. The food options and night life are limited given it is a small town. Very convenient location across the street from the Palace Museum.

New upscale hotel with great location, wide vareity of breKfast selections and helpful staff. We selected this hotel last minute after the earthquake changed our plans. We had a wonderful stay and gladly stay there again.
