Clean room.. but bad service from staff

Gym was ok, nothing special. We were all upset that the pool was not available. WiFi was slow.

Es ese tipo de diseño "moderno" que se ve muy bien en las fotos de las revistas, pero que olvida por completo la palabra privacidad.​Lo bueno: Quiero destacar la atención excepcional del personal. A pesar de que hubo un corte de energía, se esforzaron al máximo y nos escoltaron a nuestra habitación en cuanto fue posible. Su profesionalismo es lo mejor del hotel. ​Lo malo (y la razón de mi calificación): El diseño de la habitación es sumamente incómodo y falto de privacidad. El baño no tiene una puerta sólida; solo cuenta con una puerta de vidrio que no llega hasta el techo y no tiene seguro. ​Para un viaje familiar (en mi caso, con un sobrino adolescente), es una situación muy vergonzosa: ​Falta de pudor: La puerta de vidrio de la regadera deja todo a la vista.Acústica nula: Se escucha absolutamente todo desde el baño hacia la habitación, lo cual es muy desagradable. ​El peor detalle: Hay un espejo en la pared de la habitación que por la falta de puerta , si estás sentado en la cama, refleja directamente todo el interior del baño. Si alguien se está cambiando se ve todo. ​Conclusión: Es una lástima que el excelente servicio del personal se vea opacado por un diseño arquitectónico tan poco funcional. No recomiendo este hotel si viajas con alguien que no sea tu pareja, e incluso así, la falta de privacidad es excesiva.

Great staff, great hotel

Great Service, nice decor and perfect location.

The room was exceptionally clean, and the staff promptly replenished the towels.

For starters the staff was horrible, the hotel was a hot mess. As soon as we arrived i was informed they charged my card for half the cost since they were gonna be busy they wanted to make sure they secured my room!!! That was a horrible thing to do. Then the rude staff Itzel said the pool was broken, not working when I told her that was part of the reason I booked there she said, do you want the room or not? So rude. I wanted to leave but had no other hotel so I don’t want to risk it. After that the room was not as pictured, the room phones were not working so every time I needed something I had to go down to ask and they were so rude. The QR code on the mirror didn’t work. TheTV was horrible, outdated, channels don’t work, WIFi didn’t work, they dias the kitchen was open until 10 pm and it was a lie, they had us go know on the kitchen door and the rude man said he had no service and went to told the front staff off. Then told ng husband why he complained!! Omg it was a horrible experience! Never again staying there or at any hotel with your name.

Cobran demasiado bien para que a la hora del desayuno pongan muy poca fruta y se termina y duras horas para poner más , mal servicio la verdad

Los puertas de el baño y el shower son cristales opacados y no dan privacidad si estás compartiendo habitación doble con una amistad familiar es muy incómodo, se puede escuchar todo cuando una persona orina o suspira en la taza de el baño y también se puede ver la silueta y sombra cuando están haciendo de el baño igual en la regadera.

Room was too hot. The AC control didn’t work and when reported nobody responded for almost 2 hours at that time I went back to the front desk and told them to forget it. Even the in house phone to talk with the front desk was working. One of the towels provided was dirty. The breakfast was not good. My wife ordered over easy eggs which took a long time to make were wrong. She had too explain it again how to cook over easy eggs and they still couldn’t get it right. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Everything was good

Our room was clean and good size, but it was chilly and we couldn’t get the heat to work from the room My husband went to the front desk to inquire about it and they said they controlled it from there. (Strange) Well it didn’t work so we asked for a couple of blankets which made it a little better. Continental breakfast had limited choices although they had another option you had to pay for but that too was limited and a bit pricey. The pool had no water. (good thing we forgot our swim wear) Staff was really nice and helpful. All in all, it was an okay stay and close to our events.

Clean rooms. Wish they had a mini fridge in the rooms and more towels

The staff was very courteous. The check in and check out process was very smooth and the rooms were very clean. There is no issue with traffic noise at night and the hamburger place near the hotel was very good. There is no refrigerator in the room and you have to go to the lobby and ask for ice.
