I came down asking for hot water with my thermos. A lady was serving me after some wait and what she did is putting hot water in cups and I poured it to my tumbler. After I filled it full , I put the half full cup and she picked it up and pour it to the basin. Suddenly she scolded me because why I didn’t pour wverything. I told her my tumbler already full how to pour more? She didn’t see the leftover hot water as she poured and she blamed me as she splashed some to her shirt??? Really???

Perfect location, Short Distance by walking from CPH airport terminal to the hotel. When I arrived hotel, the check-in que quite long, I have to wait for room keycard around 30minutes, it may have some problem with check-in system.

Had a wonderful stay in this hotel, few minutes walk to the airport. Very convenient self-service check-in and check-out!

Great location for me that want to catch another flight the day after. Good food. And great hospitality from the staff.
