Booked a room a long time ago. When I got to the hotel, they rented out the room I booked to someone else. They changed me to another room without my permission. If I hadn't come down to complain, they would have kept quiet. They're irresponsible. If I had come down to complain, they would have changed me to another room, but the view wasn't the same as what I booked. Not only did I get this. The other two got the same thing. Not coming back a second time.

Friendly and enthusiastic staff, clean, fully equipped rooms, delicious food. The view is very beautiful. Can't wait for the next vacation at Mira Beach

tụi mình đi 4 người ngày 17-19/4 book phòng Vietnam Family Balcony Sea View, sáng 2 bạn mình tới sớm lúc 1h sáng nhưng anh lễ tân tên ( Thuỷ Triều or Hải Triều ) rất vui vẻ nhiệt tình chạy lên đầu dốc chở vali và bạn mình xuống hỗ trợ cho tụi mình phòng nghỉ chờ. Tầm 7h sáng thì 2 đứa tụi mình tới sau, hỗ trợ tụi mình nhận phòng sớm lúc gần 13h. Điểm trừ: ít chỗ ăn uống, vui chơi cách trung tâm khoảng hơn 10km, khó đặt taxi, tụi mình 4 đứa con gái mỗi đứa 1vali nhưng không có tủ quần áo treo đồ, phòng bé nên đi đâu cũng đạp trúng vali, máy lạnh mát rất rất ít… điểm cộng duy nhất là anh lễ tân rất vui vẻ và nhiệt tình

Nhân viên nhiệt tình, thủ tục nhận phòng nhanh gọn. Điều hoà hơi yếu, nhưng khách sạn có hỗ trợ thêm quạt đứng trong phòng nên vẫn tạm ổn. Đồ ăn sáng hơi ít món. Dịch vụ đi kèm giá rẻ, trải nghiệm tốt

Rất tuyệt vời mặc dù lối vào hơi hẹp nhưng bù lại nhân viên rất nhiệt tình và nhẹ nhàng đặc biệt đồ ăn trưa ở đây rất ngon, cơm gia đình ở một nơi xa

Mình đi giữa tuần nên bãi biển khá vắng rất thích hợp đi nghỉ ngơi thư giãn. Phòng view đẹp Nhân viên thân thiện nhiệt tình 😊

Rèm thì rụng, điều hoà thì 15' tắt một lần, phòng thì không được sạch

Great service, the view from the room is super nice, although the room I booked is a bit narrow. If the furniture like the carpet in the room gets a little refurbishment, it's even better. But in general, for those who like a two-step resort to the sea and a super nice view from the room, they should choose here.

Mình đi cùng nhóm bạn 4 người ở phòng view trực diện biển, cảm giác sáng mở mắt ra thấy hoàng hôn thẳng trước mắt thật là phê, nhân viên rất thân thiện, mang lại cho chúng tôi 1 chuyến đi cảm giác trọn vẹn. mọi người hãy đến và thử trải nghiệm nhé!

Ngoài việc nhân viên khách nhiệt tình ra còn lại không đáng tiền, vẫn sẽ quay lại Quy Nhơn nhưng không phải là ở đây.

Because I saw a lot of compliments here, I booked 2 rooms here. However, apart from the window with a view to checkin and the staff is quite enthusiastic, the service is really not worth the money spent. The room is small, hot, the air conditioner is not cool, the room has an unpleasant smell (not to mention the smell of the alley because it is near the sea and sells a lot of fresh seafood). Using white sheets but not completely white and there are a lot of tiny spots on the blankets makes me wonder if it's because of poor hygiene or because the water here can't wash the clothes (so I don't dare to use a towel to wash my clothes). I always wipe myself, fortunately I bring my own towel) although I am not a very careful person, it still makes me feel uneasy sleeping. The faucet in the washbasin is too weak, the shower is broken. The glass plate to get the sea view and the full body mirror in the nvs is sealed with untreated calcium deposits, also giving me the feeling of not knowing if it was cleaned before welcoming guests or not. Although the front and back checks are fine, the hotel also sent me a message to give me a discount voucher if I checked in at the hotel, but I would like to refuse and will not come back.

The hotel is in a very nice location, close to the beach and restaurants. And the staff is attentive, cute and polite.

The price of the room is expensive compared to the quality. The room is not very soundproof.

The room is comfortable and clean, the staff is friendly and enthusiastic. However, there are two things to note that are the breakfast buffet, so it should be clearly stated whether it is included or not because I arrived at the evening of the 11th, the staff invited me in the morning of the 12th. I went to the hotel to eat breakfast buffet, so I went up to eat with a small bowl of pho like a baby eats a lot of meat and a little dessert and so I left until I checked out, only to find out that it was 150 per person :)) Second is the staff Staff arbitrarily clean the room without consulting the guest but enter if there is a loss that is difficult to solve smoothly, the hotel should pay more attention to create a table to hang in front of the room for the attention of the service. Staff ok enthusiastic ❤️

The room is as pictured, airy when opening the door but the air conditioner is a bit slow to cool, the room is cleaned every day. I had a wonderful vacation in Quy Nhon. I really enjoyed the seafood dinner by the sea, but you have to eat early in the morning because in this fishing village people eat early and will run out of food soon.
