về mức độ hài lòng cho thang điểm 6/10. - Tolet có mùi - Mức giá ngang bằng hotel nhưng lại không có dao cạo râu, sữa tắm và dầu gội không có tem để phân biệt. - Cách bố trí phòng không được hợp lý (giữa phòng và bếp có cửa kính để tránh mùi - mở kính thì đụng chân giường, đóng cửa kính thì không sử dụng được bồn rửa tay, rửa chén) - Dọn vệ sinh - mềm gối không trải lại - Có người vào phòng trong lúc ngủ (buổi sáng, mặc dù nhân viên đã xin lỗi nhưng xin lỗi ở 1 cách hỏi mở "khách có thấy chưa hài lòng về dịch vụ gì ko, đến khi khách nói ra thì mới xin lỗi". không quan lại lần thứ 2.

My second time stay here. Staff didn't serve room service, I call at first time, they changed only towels. Then I call second time caused they didn't change bed sheet, a staff was not friendly and willing to follow my request. I hope next time they will have better service.

Phòng xinh, nhân viên dễ thương xĩu. Check in 14h00 nhưng cho vào phòng sớm lun.

The hotel is quite professional, downstairs is the Acoustic coffee shop, I arrived 1 hour early and waited in the shop, the staff served me free water and cake, the coffee shop view is vintage style, warm and cozy color tones. The hotel room and facilities are complete, there is an electric stove, mini fridge, washing machine, nothing to complain about. The receptionist is extremely cute, both on FB and in person, they give enthusiastic instructions.

I booked this hotel at a very reasonable price. The first floor is a coffee shop. It seems like there is acoustic music in the evening. The lobby is quite eye-catching. While waiting, the hotel also offered drinks and flan which were quite delicious. I arrived early and the receptionist let me check in early. The parking lot was quite large and comfortable. The room was also spacious and fully equipped. Clean and airy. There was a view of the city. Central location.

The staff are enthusiastic in the space

Studio-style rooms look very friendly, fully equipped, clean and modern. Polite and enthusiastic staff. Especially, there is a coffee shop on the first floor with good price, delicious coffee, a variety of classy drinks, the bar space like a tea room, cozy look. Especially on Saturdays and Sundays in the morning and evening there are music playing, with good bands, crowded guests. Very worth the experience, the room price is too good for the quality :).

Room is pretty good, all furniture is new and still have wooden smell. Coffee shop downstairs has excellent view, decor and live band. I stay here 1 night, enjoy coffee 2 times and very glad to recommend friends. Reception girl is super smart, helpful and friendly ^^

It was beyond my expectations. The apartment located in a quiet neighborhood, close to everything. It is 20' walk distance to the high speed ferry terminal. I was greeted with a cup of tea and a custard, which is nice. The room is clean and the city view is awesome. highly recommended. the acoustic performance at night is amazing.
