I am disappointed. The service at this hotel is not good. The hotel (without clothing identification) argued that its employees were not working properly because there was a problem within the hotel. While the reception desk clerk said that there was no prior notification from the clerk regarding my needs that I had reported. I have nothing to do with your hotel's internal problems. My business is that I have the right to a room that is clean and tidy as it should be and that is your hotel's obligation. The third night my room was finally cleaned, but I was still disappointed and dissatisfied. The hotel service promise did not match the price I paid.
